Don't trust a conflict to remain on one front. I'm open to examinating the fuck up that let the French claim this was an official enough event to argue diplomatic immunity without it having gone through the assembly's foreign policy committees. But the situation is what it is, and letting the rest of the French government turn on the hawks for trying to manipulate them into war is the best we'll get out of this.
