.... Sakura or Taiga summoned EMYIA

Taiga summoned someone....yeah this is a cluster fuck

Sakura:

"SHIROU!?"

A girl's scream carries through the house… you know that voice. "Sakura!?" you call out. Your legs slip underneath you as you rapidly turn around, then you are running, cutting through the hallway and out the front door, the sound of clanging metal and swishing cloth behind you as Caster and Berserker follow.

The door slams open hard enough to bounce against the frame, and…

It takes you a moment to parse what you were seeing. There were four people standing just outside your house, Sakura, Taiga, and a man and a woman you didn't recognize. Sakura for her part looks to have fainted, her clothing singed and bloody. She was held in the arms of a man a good head or two taller than you, with deeply tanned skin and white hair. He was bedecked in armor.

Taiga for her part was running towards you, tears of worry in her eyes. She was being chased after by a woman in… you could charitably call it clothing. With long brown hair and blue eyes. Silks trailing behind her.

Taiga then reached you, her hands grabbing onto the front of your shirt and shaking you like her life depended on it. "Shirou!? What happened to you? Are you alright!?"

She saw his name. Which means we may not be dealing with Archer EMIYA or we are at least dealing with Archer EMIYA after Unlimited Blade Works. I'll vote sometime later.

Mordred with battle continuation is terrifying. She is basically the black knight from monty python, but with sword skills.

Then her eyes once more shot to my face.

It's our only proper Servant, i.e. the one we summoned rather than found. Should probably at least look into what's up with her.

[x] [Taiga]

Underappreciated character.

[x] [Sakura]

I'm actually fairly certain that's going to be the other way around.
In the interlude, Shirou was the only thing she could think about during the summoning.
Or rather, how the Servant she would summon will be used to kill Shirou. Ironic, huh.

I suppose cloning the protagonist is one way to please both harem and OTP crowds at the same time!

Okay, so first off, Morderd as Beserker... not sure if I 100% believe that, because if so, why the fuck does Cu have warp spasm if he's Lancer?

That out of the way, here's my understanding of the current Servent status (* = best guess/subject to change):

Meada - Caster - Master: Shiou
Morderd - Beserker* - Master: Shiou
Cu Chulainn - Lancer* - Master: Kriel*
Medusa - Rider* - Master: Illya
Artoria - Saber - Master: Rin
EMYIA - Archer - Master: Tagia*
Mata Hari - Assassin - Master: Sakura*
Known extra Servants: "Oberon"/Annatar - Pretender, BB - Moon Cell

Huh. If Morderd isn't lying about her class, then it seems like we got all the main classes accounted for. And look at that, we've already got half of them on our side (well, for the moment, at least). Plus, we might be able to convince Illya and/or Rin to join us if we play our card, leaving Cu by himself. Seems no matter the timeline, being Lancer is suffering.

Of course there still a bunch of other potential problems, both known and uknown, but all in all, we're seeming in a much better potition for than canon for now.

Cu Chulainn's Riastrad is in myths most associated with his hatred being stoked into higher and higher levels. This means that if Mordred is the Berserker Class Servant, Cu is the Avenger Class Servant. Which means there is still Lancer out there and if it isn't the EMIYA that was summoned then we still don't know who is it.

I do my best.

People like the picture by the way?

It's too sexy in it's positioning. Why would Mordred care to angle his hips that way when there is barely any thought in his head right now?

Ah yes, Mata Hari, with her sideways version of Presence Concealment.
I call it the Doctor Who skill!
Oooooh! Mata Hari! She's adorbs!

She is!

That was a dark time in her dad's life.

Fixed the typo, thanks!

Not the intention, but sorry if it comes across that way.

I know it's not the intention, but when female bodies, especially teen/young ones, are drawn that sort of angling of the hips is usually just added because it is expected to be there so if you don't want her to be doing the standard teen girl sexy walk you have to instruct the artist not to draw that because otherwise most of them will because that is how most teen/young female bodies are drawn.

Lot of interest in Emiya I see.

All the Archer
All the Archer

Shirou Emiya was a hero. He would say a hero by trade, if he had ever been paid for his work. A rather terrible deal in retrospect, to sign away your soul because you were passionate about the work. It shouldn't come as any surprise then that he would eventually get burnt out on the whole hero thing, only to find himself locked into a spiritually binding contract with the will of the planet itself. He had long since given up on an annulment.

In some ways, it was almost ironic that being ripped out of time and space to his own past, forced to watch a younger self make the same mistakes he had oh so long ago as both versions fought an impossible battle to the death, and have specters of his long lost loved ones taunt him with a fulfillment his hands could never hold practically counted as a vacation. Almost as ironic as his Archer class container, presumably because he had, what? Been in the archery club in high school? His origin and element were both sword, Saber ought to be a shoe-in.

Emiya grimaced as the pain lanced through his head again. No, it wasn't quite right to claim the Archer class. Certainly, that was what his container had begun as, but just like his memories, just like everything else about this damned war, it had been twisted. Made too large and far too cramped, shoved full of far more than it ought be able to, held together by a wish, a prayer, and the vaguest conceptual nonsense of sameness.

Because while it was true that he was Shirou Emiya, who had fought alongside the once and future king of Britain in a Holy Grail War and foolishly strove to realize his dream of true heroism… he was also a Nameless Servant, who had turned his gaze upwards in search of heroism, forging a contract with the moon above rather than the earth below, and forsaken his name. He was EMIYA, one Servant among many, summoned to prevent the Incineration of Humanity. He was a Counter Guardian, a burnt out shell of a man who had forsaken the spark of hope he had forgotten he even had to better perform the cold calculus of heroism. He was Chousokabe Emichika, a contemporary of an Oda Nobunaga who was a petite woman instead of the real deal. He was Archer, Servant of Rin Tohsaka as she bummed around Fuyuki, eating the delicious meals of his younger self. He was Chloe Einzbern, an embodiment of his adopted sister's darkness and libido, empowered to exist by his own nonexistent legacy. He was the Blackened Archer, who failed to stop the spread of corruption and fought to destroy human order. He was Edgy Fett, the most feared bounty hunter in the Servantverse.

He was all of them, and more.

Every Emiya. Every Archer. A difference in quantity becoming a difference in kind. The Heroic Spirit that was every dark reflection of Shirou Emiya. His Alter Ego.

AN: Archer Emiya is too vanilla for this self-proclaimed clusterfuck, So I thought, "How can I make this nuttier?" and settled on shoving all the Archer Emiyas together and assigning it to an Extra class.

Oh nice, haven't had an omake in a long time! Thanks for the hard work.
