@Kelenas Why are you sending heavy weapons to the revolutions? I mean, heavy weapons are usefull but according to their description they seem to be anti-vehicle weapons (tanks, mechas, APCs...) while small weapons seem to be the kind of weapons used in infantry against infantry engagements. I might be wrong but giving them heavy weapons before giving them small ones seems like arming soldiers with bazookas when they don't have rifles.

Because small arms such as rifles, pistols, and whatnot are typically quite easy for insurgents, rebels, and the like to acquire from local or black market sources, whereas anti-vehicle/aircraft weapons tend to be much, much harder to come by.
This means they will likely benefit more from such weapons, as heavy vehicles and the like tend to normally be a major problem for otherwise lightly-armed guerillas.
Also, keep in mind that the other ORDI members will also take actions to support the various rebels and guerillas, so there's a decent chance they'll receive some additional small arms anyway.

Then again I am uncertain on what circumstances would lead to then deciding to go for us officially. If/when they start would it be similar to when the star league made a giant brutal march against the Taurians or would it be akin to the IS wars where people kept trying to gain a positive on taking planetary clay?

The Taurians can plausibly beat the Federated Suns in a border war without active ORDI support at this point, I think. It would require the Draconis Combine to occupy a substantial portion of the Federated Suns' troops and for ORDI to provide the TC with safe borders so they can concentrate entirely of the Feddies, but that's a reasonably reliable bet anyway.

It's a 3/5 engine. I'd just dump that mass into the cargo hold and call it good because its not all that much tonnage gained.

Probably worth it to at least double the SI and armor, and increase thrust by one. Also droping a good part of the close in armament because thats rather useless, you aint gona hurt that warship with anything less than a nuke and that is not going to be fired a point blank. Throw in Apollos that bap any fighter from long ranges. Basically i would just take a Noctis pump up the si and armor and slap as many fighters on it as possible. Maybe replacing the arc cannons with Naval lasers.
4/6 speed and 150 SI would have less then half the guns this does and would lose its fighter bay.. 3/5 is what you want for a battle wagon. Also it already has 10 naval sheilds. This thing would give star leauge naval officers years with of nightmares that would have them wake up screaming.
If you want missles a varient could dump the captial weapons on the corners for missles but arc cannon IIs need to stay because they are one of the four reasons why this thing is a fleet killer as is.
