While thinking on loot, I'm pondering on the Remedies and wondering, what happened to Vicky? She isn't with Elina and Emma here, nor does she seem to have become a Spellblade like Lucy. If she's still around, it feels a bit sad that she's probably the only one of the four with no magic, assuming she wants it.

...I'm going to steal @ThatGuyWithIdeas choices, and make a plan out of it (since I suspect trying to tally all the individual items is going to get conflicting.
I don't suppose you could add the Shattered Stone Shishi Statue to your plan, since it doesn't cost anything? Free stuff is neat.

My reasoning:
  • I think all the weapons are pretty much useless. All the Senshi except Uranus have something better they can use.
    • Usagi (Moon Rod)
    • Naru (Fake Moon Rod)
    • Ami (her fighting style is boxing)
    • Rei (Sword and Shield spells incoming)
    • Makoto (Elemental Knuckle spells)
    • Venus (Love Me Chain)
    • Endymion (Excalibur)
    • Michiru (Bladed Forearms)
  • The cracked fuel armour seems like it would help MCAT more than us.
  • The slave collar... I think MCAT would feel better if they had custody of it and we came in to consult.
  • The Devil's Desmesne seems like a white elephant. We don't have a space to keep it and we've seen that our base security isn't good enough to keep OMO out. It could be turned against us, or used in a false flag to discredit us, way too easily. When our Spymaster and Head Engineer agree that it's a bad idea, we should heed them.
  • The favours seem valuable because we're continually short on turn actions (We could ask them to look into those battery crystals!), and building more goodwill with MCAT is valuable in of itself.
  • The reagents seem useful because we know that Faustus has captured gods in the past, which means he must have some idea of how to feed them.

I 100% agree.
I'd just like to have copies of any papers there are.
Though as i am not planning on a huge campaign to systematically take down IMO (we are kinda busy, and MCAT does have our phone number if they need help), it is not a huge deal if we don't.
Caveats:

1) Just copying the papers could be a big pain in the butt.
2) Many of the most interesting papers may actually be old documents that can't be quickly and easily fed through a photocopier.
3) A huge percentage of the documentation will be irrelevant to our purposes and we don't really have the manpower to figure out which bits are and are not relevant, whereas MCAT can do so easily.

This is one of those areas where we are still firmly street-level, and are likely to remain so for the foreseeable future: the organizational manpower it takes to process and collate very large amounts of information

Actually given that Castle Magellan has a radius of like 10 miles at the widest point and more importantly is in orbit you wouldn't actually need a space probe to get a look at it. Hell, you should be able to use a telescope as small as 20 inches which is at the high end of the hobbyist range to catch a glimpse of when the planets are near each other.
Yeah, which is why I'm pretty sure it was invisible until recently.

Also, just because you can spot it through a telescope ("Wait, Venus has a moon now!?") doesn't mean the world won't be freaking out and turning instruments and probes on it in hopes of figuring out WTF just happened.

That in turn raises the question of how badly NASA is panicking if Venus raised the castle after awakening though if it has always been there it probably was discovered by someone between the early 1600s and late 1800s.
Also this.

[][Loot] Shattered Stone Shishi Statue + 1 Lunar Healing Burst = New deterrent to vandals.
-- To be entirely honest, MCAT doesn't have the slightest idea why you might want this...[COSTS 0]
I will note that the statue is, by definition, not an inanimate object. When MCAT's troopers smashed the thing up in a hail of lightly-enchanted gunfire, they may well have done something to it that a simple Lunar Healing Burst can't fix.

On the other hand, that doesn't mean Naru can't fix it, given that her predecessor's first act as Mother of Monsters was to turn a dead wolf into a live wolf-spirit-thing.

I would not call the house a safe bet just yet, wether we do this in plan format or otherwise.
Because, while i am all in on the house, i have to admit that the security concern is not non existent.
Also, we don't really have a good plan for where to put the thing.

It's too big to store in our headquarters, in that it won't fit in through the doors.

It's too big to store on our headquarters. Given that it took 5-7 Sailor Senshi just to lift the thing, it's probably heavy enough to collapse the roof if we park it up there.

We have no experience trying to teleport anything more massive than, say, a few hundred kilograms of magical girls in a single jump, so it may or may not be possible to move it to a remote location where it won't be noticed.

Come to think of it, we don't have a remote location where it won't be noticed and where we or anyone we know even vaguely could reliably keep an eye on it. The shrine grounds really aren't big enough for something this large to escape notice- I'm suspect every point on the grounds is somewhere well within the line of sight of a nearby tall building, because it's a shrine in Tokyo. Someone would notice a whole house appearing there overnight.

The woods outside the Splash Star Pretty Cures' stomping grounds are still a battleground and we don't know when that will change. The woods outside Kibougahana are definitely not a good place to stash this thing. We could pick an arbitrary remote location like "somewhere on top of Mount Fuji" and hope for the best (Sailor Moon can teleport pretty much anywhere she wants), but honestly, if we're unwilling to prevail upon the goodwill of a literal government to give us a place to park this thing, we have a problem trying to work out what to do with it.

Devil Demense is basically a tank / armored troop carrier. It's a 70+ prowess combatant right now. And, from Faust's dialog, the "real one" is much stronger, likely at prowess >100. It can likely be upgraded via application of Naru;s blood and senshi magic. Having a mobile rapid deployment base would be invaluable. We really, really should get it. Yes, it's an investment, but it's a huge opportunity. And we have teleportation. This would allow for storming Dark Kingdom bases and operating in Pretty Cure dimensions on a whole new level. Basically, anywhere that's not urban combat that thing would be king.
It should be noted that the actual Senshi are themselves highly mobile overland, running at speeds of 150 km/h or more. I'm not sure we need a "base" to deploy from in most situations. Tanks don't need APCs to ride inside of.

But that's a detail.

Victoria is happily engaged to a man who sounds nice and is studying engineering at a college in Minako forgets where, somewhere in the north half of England.

Minako's met her; she's come down to visit Emma and Elina twice in the past six months.

If Vicky decides she pressingly wants her magic re-awakened, well... two of her best friends' neighbor's best friend is Sailor Moon, so she's starting from a more advantageous position than most people on the planet.

I just want the house because it is apparently very rare and powerful and Naru has some connection with it.

All other concerns aside that's good enough for me. We can figure everything else out later.

Technically the vote does say we can just take the Hearthstone and the sconce and not the whole house if we want.

If we do that we might be able to hook it up to the CM building using Naru's godliness to make a new one from the old or something.

The house will cost us time to exploit, while a favor might save us some time down the line somewhere.

These two items are things I'd like for us to get. The Wand of Washing sounds like a really good tool to show off in our magic classes in a "see? Magic is like technology, no need to fear it!" kinda way. And they yoinked our Varja Staff, so I want That Sword as recompense.

[ ][Loot] Wand of Washing
- +0 Prowess
-- A six inch wand that magically conjures soapy water from the tip with the application of magic. Additionally, the there is a bubble of swirling force an inch from the tip that is strong enough to scour away food without damaging most flatware.
[ ][Loot] That Sword
- ??? Prowess?
-- You know the one. It is very, very unique. Spiky and purple and up on the Mantle of the Weapon Shop. That... That thing which is unlike any other weapon that you have ever seen. [COSTS 2 POINTS]

That said, they are much less important than Books for our library and a favor, though I don't really want to touch the reagents collected by a slave trader, even if they were all collected ethically.

[X][Loot] A few random magical books [COSTS 2 POINTS]
[X][Loot] Favor [COSTS 3 POINTS]
[X][Loot] Shattered Stone Shishi Statue [COSTS 0 POINTS]
[X][Loot] That Sword [COSTS 2 POINTS] Better than the Kanabō for Uranus.
[X][Loot] Wand of Washing | I know it's likely 1 point, but I'm sure we could argue that a dishwashing wand can be given to us for free to use in classroom demonstrations on why Magic Isn't All That Different.

Note, however, that the house has significantly higher prowess than a senshi. In terms of armor and mobility, I would think that a senshi could be likened to a motorcycle-mounted trooper, and the house to an armored personal carrier. Especially if it can be upgraded further. Plus, it would allow us to relatively safely deploy teams of lower level combatants, such as precures.

On the subject of loot... Actually, the sword and some other things being available as loot are worrying a bit. The weapon shop, from my understanding, was a legitimate business. What the hell is its merchandise doing in a loot table? Are we the baddies here? And why can't we spend resources to buy said sword?

1. Absolutely, but i kinda suspect that MCAT will want to do that anyway just so they are not operating from having one single piece of easily destroyable piece of information, so trying to float by the idea of making 4 copies, instead of 3 (or how ever many copies they will be making +1) would not seem like a huge deal.
2. Depends on how we define most interesting. From understanding where IMO came from, or any magical knowledge, absolutely.
Knowing what is going on right now, i'm kinda expecting modern receipts and shipping manifests. And more fragile the piece of paper, more important it is to copy (even if in many cases they may not be possible to just put through a photo copier).
3. Also true.

Though considering that the magic books are there as loot, i'm kinda suspecting the option is not going to come up.
And that's fine, MCAT can go do the public policy thing and if stumble on anything we can call them, or if they need more firepower they can call us.

Now, a bigger caveat would be that they are a governmental organization enabled by the the government to enforce the law (in some specific circumstances), and we are not.
So just giving us a blanket access to the kind of information would probably break a number of privacy laws.

The weapon shop also had the slave arena. It's toast.

I had to think about this one, but couldn't Naru just boost a bus or something similair in order to get an armoured vehicle?

Presumably, the business is being dissolved and their assets seized. Granted, it's not clear that there's been a court order for either of those things, so the way this is being conducted may not be entirely above-board. But then again, MCAT could have handled all the legal details there while they were prepping for the operation.

I'm not entirely sure that's a good idea.

I really don't get why some people want the house, we have no where to store it and frankly it doesn't seem useful as anything except as the golem version of an armoured vehicle.

Personally, i just think it is fun.
Also the idea of Naru making it really alive and sapient is the best kind of terrible idea. :V

Am honestly a bit disappointed this has nothing to do with actual nuns.

Stick it in Nerima. The people over there honestly wouldn't care, or probably even notice it among all the normal chaos in the area.
