[X] Moderate Support: Weapons and other types of military supplies, information of the troop movement and political climate of the Conservatives. (Moderate Chances of being discovered)

I missed this.

The Dragon Emperor is just... there on the lore, he doesn't actually do much besides ordering the puppet I mean the guy he implies to use as his mouthpiece, a fact that it isn't public, besides ordering the creation of the Great Bastion (Think Magic!Great Wall) and the invasion of the Southlands (which ended in complete failure) he is a pretty static character that is immensely important but doesn't physically appear like many other characters in the setting.

Also, I am sure that would be a pain to animate.

Well if you look in the trailer, the lady (his daughter) literally transforms from a human to a dragon so animation wise it shouldn't be that hard

Supporting The Radicals II
[X] Moderate Support: Weapons and other types of military supplies, information of the troop movement, and political climate of the Conservatives. (Moderate Chances of being discovered)

And so a deal was struck and a pact made, Wallachia would use its immense resources to help the Radicals in their war against the conservatives if they won the new order that arose would have a better relationship with them if they lost well, they wouldn't suffer much as the dealings between both sides were made in secret and the Wallachians had their ways to make things, and people, disappear.

Result: Moderate Support given to Radicals, the civil war has shifted...

Truthfully, I would have preferred we give heavy support to heavily swing things in our favour, but this works as well. At least we have supported the Radicals.

Yeah and honestly, even if we were discovered, the heck would Manfred have done about it? We're a God with an Army of Dragons lead by seven badass Undead Dragon Knights. His arguments are invalid!
I was more concerned about the empire of man starting a war with us if they discover we were helping some of the vampires up there. They might think we're making allies up there so we can attack them from two sides and decide to strike us preemptively.

Of course they'd lose to us. But l would rather we have our defenses up first.

Not to mention that with how I have a plan for next turn to dig in, and grow our economy.

If I remember correctly each learning action on a wind of magic will be 1 year…so that means us throwing our weight into light magic and possibly metal or life magic will be good.

Also want to start our navy again, and getting the magic school up so we can recruit both dark mages and actual mages.

Just no chaos bullshit.

Definitely none of that. 🤗

Yeah, otherwise I have a idea on how to do the mage towers…

Have the towers in a circle of 10 towers inside a citadel, while having a central tower be where we focus and draw in magical energy, also dissipate magic to help prevent mis-casting and such.

Each tower can have a grand magister, with Dhar tower and Quash towers having their own GRAND arch magister's

Such beings would be foils to each other of imbalance and balance, which would allow us to study magic much safer then in cannon, especially if we study the ogherns of Albion and the way stones around the old world.

Edited: if people want I can go study how each spell we know for each school of magic, and what they do.

The Blood Tide - Response
It started with an echo across the sea of souls the powers that be noticing the disturbance from ancient lizardmen and elven gods to the prideful dwarven ancestors to the founders of the empire and at last the new ruler of Bretonnia, now named Wallachia. Immediately all of those that felt the disturbance became alarmed as the only ones that had enough power to create such echoes that would be felt by all beings that mortals could refer to as gods were only four. The gods of chaos had shown their hand at last. From the north a mighty host of the Blood God descended unto the nation of Kislev, their number seemingly infinite, a maelstrom of men and daemon killing and defiling anything and anyone in their way, but while the Widow wailed at the invasion chaos still had one last show of power.

On the region in the realm of souls that housed the nation ruled by a god-king a host of daemons numbering in the hundreds of millions descended upon it, and Dracul fresh from finally creating his realm saw it, and had no other choice, he extended his influence using the power of faith give to him by the thousands that called Wallachia home, creating a dark barrier that protected the realm of mortals the creation of this barrier took a century and a second at the same time, and the daemons were stopped in their tracks those with power to traverse the barrier being fought off by beings yet unborn and the children of the Dragon God who had shed their mortal coils and ascended to beings of pure conceptual energy.

Dracul was both angry and annoyed, at himself and others, the trick wrought by the Changer of ways completely blindsided because he, blinded as he was by his success, simply could never have foreseen it. The gods of chaos never once bothered with such shows of power, their last show of power being the scars that dotted the land, such as the Great Vortex that even he could both see and feel through the realm of souls though he did not know what purpose it was, he was sure it involved the great enemy.

This posed a problem. Maintaining the barrier around the mortal realm took a huge toll on his concentration, and thanks to that his the major part of his undead army was essentially paralyzed as he only gave the barest scraps of his will to keep them from causing havoc across his nation, while they were essentially cannon fodder they were still a major portion of his forces, the dragons - his children - were special forces (And on that note the Carmine Hatchlings have reached the young stage of their lives), alongside the dragon knights who were very few and haven't started actively recruiting, each one of the two was an investment that took time to create literally in the first's case, the peasants of his army have just finished their training and are still green. He doesn't have that many options available, and the necromancers can only control fifteen maybe twenty percent of his full undead army. While still many he isn't sure it will be enough. Of course, he could simply not send any type of help to the realms of man, but that could alienate the Empire and Kislev and the forces of order, and fighting such a huge war of conquest would take his attention from other places that need it.

He could also consume sources of ancient magical power to make himself stronger, but the only one he was sure that could empower enough to banish the daemon horde was the heart of the eternal forest of the Asrai, and that would alienate the Elven Pantheon, well at least the part that he cares anyway.

His hands were tied, and for a moment Dracul heard laughter…

No question; we go in hard and heavy, and smack the Demons to Kingdom Come in a manner Sigmar would be proud of.

I'm going no, just because I'm an Asrai player right now, though I do admit I was also thinking of bringing the Asrai under our direct control.

what we need is to get a adventurers guild up and running, as well as for us to begin aiding our forces for the up-comming invasion.

and yeah, while i may not like the wood elf faction, its because of their dumbshit fae beings that piss me off, as well as the forest being a moron with its survival. Not the elves...and frankly there ARE more artifacts of power in the world that can give us the energy needed to grow stronger then ever before, and with the dragon knights comming up the next few turns when they get finished some aspriant training? as well as necromancery schools? yeah, this is going to be a pain in the ass in the short term, but chaos just screwed itself in the long term now that were wise to their tricks.

Also means we need to finish out lores as hard as possible the next few turns so we can get the domain of magic, and fuck tzeentch over now.

I'm saying heavy and no because I'm hoping that fighting and beating chaos will lower the consentration required for the barrier and get us some good pr for more followers and bad pr for anyone who attacks the army after learning what it's doing.

Don't really see another way. Fuck any option that helps Chaos.

The March of The Dead Men
[The March Of Dead Men]

Kel Thuzard, One of the few Experienced Arch Necromancers and Leader of the Army of the Dead (well more like the band of Necromancers sent by His Lord To the North), was...in all honestly? irritated and wrathful at the wretched beings in the north. The fact his lord had whispered his commands to his followers of what was to be done and what forces needed to be sent was in all honestly infuriating to the Young Arch Necromancer. While only in his 30's since the grand unification, he had quickly become one of the premier masters of the dark arts. Allowing him to take the leading position and honor to glorify his lord in the war for the north. No doubt the forces of Kislev will eventually catch on to the theft of knowledge they held dear one day, but since they weren't bringing up the mortal forces...that should be for later.

Otherwise organizing the march to the north will require...allot...of resources, ships, wagons, and of course supplies for the ninety necromancers heading towards the enemy, hopefully enough of his brothers and sisters in the dark arts survive to see the new schools of magic that were being planned, as such places would most likely allow for far greater concentrations of magical research, and of course his study into creating undead spell-casters that weren't lich's or Demi-Lich's. Far too costly with not enough gain and control...still a avenue of research remained open, such as the Grave-Walker project.

Kel Smiled as he looked over the notes within his mind, remembering the curses and blessings required to keep a man both alive and undead with a foot in both realms...a living wraith unto the world, with a power to exert his will onto others, and easily control the dead far greater then any necromancer could hope to accomplish. All without the potential madness of long-lived vampire over the centuries...yes the Grave Walkers would be a excellent addition to the Dark Emperors forces, and as a stepping stone to true immortality.

Now what was he doing again? oh right, organizing the idiots around him so they dont cock up the holy mission to the north to eradicate the massive horde of chaos barging down into the world...why did the ice witches create massive ice barriers and fortress's against the few ways in from the northern armies was beyond Kel, including organizing their faith and gathering their power.

Still, that was THEIR problem, and Kel did not waste time on moron's and their pathetic ignorant attempts to say that nothing wrong can ever happen...honestly one just had to look through history to see that somehow some-way, the current invasion WOULD happen one way or another. Now that His lord was maintaining the barrier between the Dark Sea and the realm of the living, one could only hope that his lords power could be increased...but that would require objects of power...possible artifacts...yes...

Hmmm...wouldn't the power of the ever-chosen, purified and taken from the forces of chaos and turned to his lords own use be a way to empower his master? or how about any artifacts from the forces of chaos? many such powers exist, yet one must be careful...of course any cart containing such artifacts would be watched and regulated in lead boxes that he was storing onto some of the supply carts...even if it was a few precious drops of power, every bit would matter in the long run for the sake of his nation, and of his lord...as well as his own immortality to come.

Looking upon the undead army, it again enraged Kel to see that only 15% of them were in any shape of fighting form, like one would expect from during the conquest of Wallachia. The rest while well armored and well armed, were only cannon-fodder much like other undead forces, and that pained Kel to see...perhaps once they have started their own magical schools they could research ways to passively empower their master, he had heard rumors of strange stones and weirder things from the mists of Albion...if he could simply get a adventurers guild up, and post his...well...requests...perhaps his own research can be enhanced to start a way to empower Dracul besides the need for worship...

Though from what he heard of the eastern dragons, this Nippon and Cathcay would be easily subverted to the Dracul's faith...it would only require time and effort...that and the border princes as well-

"My lord Kel Thuzard, we are ready to head out now." One Necromancer called as he walked with a few of his brethren up behind Kel as he oversaw the gathering of the undead.

"Ah, good...Prepare to move out, we have a land to relieve of the Army of Neverborn." Kel ordered as he stared to walk towards the carriages that would carry him and his fellow's in the dark arts towards their destination.

"My lord, what is the plan for the sake of Wallachia?" One necromancer piped up with concern laced in their normally bland voice...one does not practice the dark arts and expect to keep much in the terms of their morals and emotions intact from what they usually practice, especially now they had divine protection from the worst effects.

"We are to relieve the southern parts of Kislev, while reinforcing any strongholds and capture any bridges we find. Any corpses we find we are to bring with us as Zombie cannon-fodder, all elite tier undead are to be given the blessings of Dracul when they charge, i expect you all to refresh yourselves on the military tactics and strategies required for commanding the dead...we are not some tom-foolery or peasent made hedge wizard. We are the Masters of the Dark Arts, and i expect a good showing when we bury the armies of the neverborn under the dead tide.

And oh, if you happen to hear rumors of artifacts on our travels...do tell me...we will need them to empower our lord against the evils of the northern thralls and the neverborn."

"As you will, Arch Necromancer...For The Emperor Of The Dead." The necromancers intoned with near dead voices, the smallest specs of religious fevor entering that gave them any semblance of humanity...and Kel smiled grimly under his hood.

"For Dracul..." he intoned as he stared silently northwards...the chill of the dead protecting him from the withering malice and evil that emanated from the northern skies...
