Recruiting trainers without building training facilities? Narratively, that seems kinda weird.

The stats are abstract. As long as you have enough Trainers, you can do training without issue. If you needed training sites to do any training, then the hiring trainers actions would be locked behind it.
 
Wouldn't it be better to research "Accelerated Aging" first and then "Slowed Aging"?

So we have more adult clones faster than if we only did that in a few rounds. The other research echancements sounds to me like simpler gene modifications than aging slower or faster.

We already have accelerated aging, that option just compounds it, which will be to the detriment of the clones training and discipline if they aged even faster.

We're really not in any rush to have more clones right now. Besides, if we picked that, the clones would be mentally like what, five? Even if they were disciplined, the clones mentality would likely be more reckless and childish.

Accelerated aging includes mental ageing as the clone troopers in the Clone Wars act like they are mentally adults not a bunch of eight to ten year olds. Furthermore, flash-training can be used to install skills and knowledge and doing that will be an option once you start having some clones to train.

Question- how much will our choices pre-war affect how the war goes for the Republic? Skies the limit or hard caps?

Like, are we able to create Phase II armour early?

With the Grand Army of the Republic, the sky is the limit, but pretty much everything else is beyond your control.

And yes, you can create better armour than what the clones had to use in canon. It will just be more expensive.

I imagine bringing in Mando trainers would instil some of their culture into the clones if they're the majority of the trainers for an extended time period. Really interested to see where the enhancement lines will take the clones.

No, you cannot. You could train the clones to consider themselves Mandalorian, try to use Mandalorian designs for your equipment and maybe gather enough Mandalorian trainers to start your own faction of Mandalorians, but that is about it. Anything beyond that was locked behind the Glory of Mandalore vote option.

Going over the Grand Army, we've many clones with different occupation from simple clone troopers to commandos. Will we be able to create others roles aside from that ? I don't want a group of bumbling Jedi who only known how to use a lightsaber all their life whom strategies are charging headfirst into battles:rage:.

You will be able to create different types of clones and different training programs. However, the Jedi will remain as the senior leadership of the Grand Army of the Republic and have overall command over the clones as per Palpatine's plans.
