What crimes are you talking about? Do you mean the Wildfyre that Tywin placed under the city during Aerys reign in a plot to destroy the capital and blame it on the Mad King? Which we removed, and which he promptly replaced with other explosives?

Alright, DP, I'll give you...a few spell slots from me and 2 of my companions in exchange for no collateral damage to the city, and a few broken arms of my Legions that will fixed up by the healing potions that I give to each and every one of them. Final offer.

I feel like now would be a good time to bring back the idea to turn tywin's body into a golem curator for our hall of horrors, so he can spend the rest of time telling our visitors how much he messed up and how awesome we are, in detail vis a vis recounting the story behind each piece of our collection.
 
@Goldfish there is a very real chance the explosions might start a fire and the city is a massive tinder box waiting for a spark so maybe we should summon some water elementals as well just in case

@Azel, the trouble with false flags like the one you're proposing is that divination ruins it. We're Mind Blanked, and back then Tywin wasn't. If divinations fail it's obviously a lie somehow, and if they aren't blocked then any interested historian will later discover the truth.

We've got that handled. Azel's addition to my plan included having the Dauntless fire up its Control Weather mechanism to cause a heavy rain to both smother any fires which start and to make additional fires less likely.
 
One of those situations where the less people to know there was wildfire buried underneath the city, the better in general.

Except we know that Baator was well aware of those caches already, so...

  • [X] While under the effects of the Maximized Time Stop, Viserys, Dany, and Lya will Teleport approximately 1000 feet into the air to give them a full view of the area where bombs are detonating. Viserys and Lya will both use Wild Arcana, and Dany will use Dreamcasting, to cast Shadow Terrain spells to temporarily encase the endangered Legion soliders in at least 6 feet of ablative Shadow material (Hardness 10, 20 Hit Points per five foot cube). Of the 1,856,000 cubic feet of material created, what isn't needed to directly protect our soldiers will be used to provide extra material for the detonation sites in order to channel the remaining explosive force upwards.
    -[X] They will then Teleport closer to the ground. Viserys and Lya will each cast a Maximized Summon Monster IX spell using Wild Arcana to Summon 5 Greater Earth Elementals and Dany will cast a Maximized Summon Monster VIII to Summon 5 Huge Earth Elementals. Dany and Lya use Maximize Gems. When the Time Stop ends, the Elementals will be sent after the remaining bombs with orders to drag them as deep beneath the surface as possible or to use their own bodies to absorb the explosions should they detonate.
