- Split Ray Disintigrate, which costs only 13 Power Points and means the target needs to make two DC 25 Fort saves or get dusted. Also spend a 3rd lvl Spell Slot to make it DC 28. Takes a Move Action for Psionic Focus and a Standard Action to cast. If he starts a round with Psionic Focus from a previous round, use the Belt of Battle charge to do this twice in a round for maximum fun.
- Thanatopic Enervation is always a crowd pleaser, what with being a guaranteed bucket of suck for whoever gets hit with it.
Those require Touch-attacks though, so if it's something powerful he would need a lot of luck to hit.

His attack bonus for ranged touch attacks is +10 and Touch AC is notoriously hard to raise. He can also use Metamorphosis to become Tiny, which gives him +2 from DEX gain and +2 from Size directly, for a +14 bonus.

So, not all that much of a problem under most circumstances.

Actually, it could be better than that. I just went back and checked, and it looks like you didn't include the Permanency'd Channel Vigor buff on Qyburn's sheet. I already removed one of our 3rd level Permanency scrolls from the Armory for that.

Among its many different buff options, the "Mind" setting for Channel Vigor provides a +4 bonus to Knowledge checks, Spot & Listen checks, and on Ranged Attack rolls. That would bring him up to +14 without any size-changing needed.

EDIT: Here's the info for Channel Vigor, @Azel.

Channel Vigor: Select one of the following effects, which can be changed as a Move Action. Currently using "Mind" effect.
The standard contingency spells need to be added to his sheet as well.

Contingency Spells: Renewal Pact; Stalwart Pact

Well, for the regular foes that's certainly enough, but a lot of the high-end stuff gets a Deflection bonus from somewhere.
And anything intelligent and scaly can cast Scintillating Scales.

I've added the level up plan for Kennos of Kayce to my vote. Nothing much to it, just another level of Paladin and a handful of skill points to distribute.

[] Ser Kennos of Kayce Level Up
-[] Class: +1 Paladin
-[] Skills (4 points): +1 Diplomacy, +1 Heal, +1 Knowledge (Religion), +1 Sense Motive

@Crake, instead of advancing Kennos further into straight Paladin, which has a ton of dead levels after the 7th, what about a R'hllor reskined Fist of Raziel instead? It's got better stuff, including starting off with a permanent Magic Circle Against Evil effect and much better Smite Evil progression. The only downside I can see is that it doesn't progress his Divine Spirit ACF further.

By the way, @Goldfish, we should maybe look into using Tenacious Spell for buff purposes. Viserys or Dany can learn it from Ancestral Awakening before casting long lasting or permanencied buffs.
That would actually be a really good Greater Metamagic Rod for us to order with our next commission. Dany could use the rod every day when she casts her Persistomancy spells and have one use left over for other stuff, and Viserys is always casting long term spells which could benefit from being even more difficult to Dispel. Since it's only a +1 level adjustment, the Rods would be pretty cheap, too. I think we should order at least a few of them.

Ancestral Awakening could fill in for it in the meantime, when the situation is right.

More importantly, the spell stays active for at least one more round. High-level rocket tag being what it is, that's basically forever. Especially since we have Timestop and can just rebuff in peace if something important gets removed.

If that's what you want. If you're re-skinning it, Fist of Raziel has two "gap" levels, and it's not as if people are policing power levels around here anymore. Why not progress it along that "custom" PrC? Bonus of being a Warrior-Monk of R'hllor, he has more blatant magic to throw around to even his martial priests.

Yeah, that's definitely the best part of the feat, and would still be desirable even without the bonus to resist Dispelling.

@Goldfish, you should also add one rod of Encouraging Spell. It's a straight +1 to any moral bonus of the affected spells.
We've already got that partially covered. Dany has a Lesser Rod of Encouraging Spell which has been incorporated into her Persistomancy. It gets us a +6 Morale bonus to saving throws from Mass Conviction instead of +5.

Next chance we get, I want to replace it with at least regular Rod of Encouraging Spell to boost up to 6th level spells. That way she can apply it to Mass Conviction for the +6 bonus to saving throws and Righteous Wrath of the Faithful to increase the attack and damage bonus from +3 to +4. Then her Lesser Rod can be passed on to someone else. Lya probably, so she'll be able to use it to boost her Harmonic Chorus spells when buffing people's caster levels.

So, slightly off topic question, does anyone know any good documentary series? I'm trying to stay off forums so I won't be tempted to answer and thus type and I really feel like documentaries today for some reason.

I'm not much for documentaries, so I'm not going to be very helpful on this one. The closest thing to a documentary I've watched recently was The Food that Built America. It was pretty interesting stuff about the history of some really popular foods in the US.

For example, I didn't know that ketchup didn't always use tomatoes as the main ingredient. It used to be made from mushroom, walnuts, or all kinds of other crap, and rather than just being a sauce, the stuff was used to cover up the taste of rotten meat, since food preservation technology was so primitive and meat often started to spoil before it could be cooked. Just another reason I'm glad I live in the future, despite how shitty it is.

I'm super impressed with the consistency of this quest's update schedule. I remember four years ago when I first read the opening post and thought that it probably wouldn't last more than a month before dying off as most D&D quests did at the time.

Combine that with a lack of knowledge in ASOIAF and I dropped it after three or so updates. Imagine my surprise when I returned four or so months later only to find that it had continued updating without a pause. I read much deeper into it, but failed to catch up to the , as of that time, "current" post.

I've returned to this quest several times since then but haven't managed to complete it. And each time I forgot which chapter I was on or accidentally deleted my bookmark, the story continued to expand and expand. At this point, I'm almost certain I'll never manage to "finish" this quest. It's too large for my pitiful attention span. Even with two weeks of binging I still wouldn't manage to do it, not without breaking my brain from sheer concentration.

I love the story and it's characters, though I don't agree with every choice taken by the voterbase :V, but I can't reach the current page by reading through it. So I wanted to show my support for it, it's author and it's fans while all three are going through a relatively rough patch just in-case it may end soon. Hope you all continue having fun!
