That would not provide more than a trickle of power certainly not compared to keeping and island together through whatever the Deep Ones have planed since the days of the Grey King.
I thought it was a trickle of power per sacrifice, but as far as I remember, there's something like 50k undead in Sarnor, which add up to a lot when it's all added together.

Time-traveling backwards is significantly less terrifying than time-traveling forwards. We can just put ourselves in stasis and go home the long way, it'll be fine! Marvin the paranoid android ended up thirty-seven times older than the universe, and he turned out alright!

I'm talking about proper stasis of course, not that "your mind still dreams and can get corrupted by Tiamat" dumbass plan Malarys & Co had.
If we get trapped in the far past, we might as well stay awake for a few centuries first, so we can return as an older and stronger dragon.

It's complicated. They are not really treated as singular items, but more as mobile buildings with different parts.
Thank you for the information.

My first comment was about items in general (like what adventurers would use), but this is good information, since your answer is more relevant than my question.

[X] Press on through the temporal effect
-[X] Ask Aife for a few of his scales, so that he and the Ferryman can guide you back.
-[X] Also use Ancestral Awaken to learn Dragoneye Rune and mark each scale with it.
-[X] Lastly, Qyburn uses Psychic Reformation to shuffle Feats and Powers [FINAL SETUP PENDING], then uses Quintessence to protect the scales.

Turns out we are sufficiently prepared for this bullshit. Or, to be more precise, we can cheat so insanely hard that we can fake preparations as needed.

Edit: I will add Qyburns final load-out in the evening, as I don't have the time right now. Since I'm expecting him to spend most of his Power Points on Quintessence, I need to figure out a combat strategy for him that is very light on psionics.
I don't know if we should use Aife's scales in this manner, though the idea has merit. Each of those scales represents a vulnerability for Aife, one which might be used as part of a ritual to target her by the Deep Ones or any other being who collects one of them. If Aife is sure she can Miracle them out of existence or something, I guess I'll try to restrain my paranoia.

We easily have enough 2nd level spell scrolls collected that 10 or 20 of them could be Dragoneye Runes scrolls, if you want to save Ancestral Awakening for later. Those would be at minimum caster level, however, as opposed to VIserys' 20th CL.

When it comes to time manipulation fuckery, don't forget that we have the Cloak of Order which we looted from Anu-Simung. If we're actively traveling back into the past we can't use it yet or we won't get to where we're going, but Viserys to be prepared to whip it out of his cloak and drape it over Lya's shoulders at the first sign of trouble. It's a 25th level Divine Artifact, so it should lock down further time fuckery pretty damned effectively.
Cloak of Order (+6 Resistance bonus on all saving throws; Special: When worn, the cloak prevents all manipulations of time within a 50 foot radius, including Celerity, Time Stop, and similar spells and effects, such as certain Martial Initiator maneuvers. 25th caster level)

On a separate note, I don't know if you're aware of it or not, but there is a spell that Qyburn needs to learn as soon as he can cast 6th level spells. Mental Pinnacle. Being able to gain an extra 3 Power Points per caster level along with a suite of additional psionic powers, could be very helpful in a number of situations, even if it does temporarily prevent him from casting other spells.

Merry Christmas, ya'll!

Problem is that he uses his magic to enhance his Psionics (and vice versa) with the Cerebremancer classfeatures, so even temporarily loosing one would barely be worth it.

It all depends on the situation and what resources, spells or power points, he has available. I wouldn't expect it to be something he needs to use very often, but it's a good tool to have in the toolbox.
