not just healing everyone who's here.

3. Medium:
Looks to me like most of the disadvantages of both ("large" Attention gain and "small" lack of a base), without much in the way of special benefits to compensate. Bad idea.
4. Large:
> The base looks like it could be useful, although the exact benefits depend on what kinds of secrecy and security arrangements are applied (a secret training base and lab works differently from a place to meet with potential allies and try to recruit assistance.

> As long as Attention gain is roughly symmetrical, I think it mostly keeps the playing field level. The Dark Kingdom is stepping on a lot more toes than we are, so plenty of people and factions will act against them when their Attention gets high enough (with a lot more casualties and collateral damage than we would manage, obviously, but we can't be everywhere; better that the deaths are overmatched combatants than unaware victims).

1. Other areas:
Given our somewhat limited travel options, I don't think this one is critical
right now. It is obviously useful, but if we can't act on it, it doesn't help much.
2. Secure location:
I'm going to assume that the base provided with the "full support" option will take care of this. Could be relevant at lower Support levels.
3. Help her learn magic:
Good for her morale and loyalty, but with her other commitments I'm not sure how much she'll be in a position to actually use (or train) the abilities.

don't have the tools to activate that potential. Without that, she's probably going to be stuck at Naru's level until her own sponsor shows up, and we have no way of knowing when that will be.

Could be useful, but I'm not sure how much point there is to distinguishing this from "other opposing groups" by MrPresence (we've already seen on the news that the police are on the list).

I think I can see the thought process that led to this, but I'm not sure what to say myself.
