Since Robert isn't, it should be doable regardless of the kids being Mindblanked, since "Is Robert Baratheon the father of Joffrey Baratheon?" is not targeting Joffrey directly.
Pretty sure one or more subjects being party to a Mindblank leaves room for ambiguity, but OTOH the best that the Lannisters can hope for is that Eddard Stark orders a divination to determine the truth of this, just as an example, and run immediately into a Mindblank on Joffrey. Joffrey who absolutely has no business wearing a Mindblank rather than a PfE amulet.

Why would Cersei pressure Tywin to get all three of her children a Mindblank when they shouldn't be aware of anything important, and are constantly behind some pretty formidable wards and guards, when those things are rare as fuck even in our hands?

It doesn't paint a good picture.

Tommen is 3 right now, so yeah. Giving him a Mindblank is looking very odd to say the least.

Overall though, I just hope that Bloodraven has decent non-divination proof too. After all the original Varys was planning to either blackmail Cersei or to reveal the bastardry to the general public to prop up his Blackfyre pretender, so he must have had something tangible.

[X] To the Sworn Lords of the Crownlands and Narrow Sea
-[X] For the unwavering support of their Liege and House Targaryen, House Velaryon of Driftmark are to be rewarded as deemed appropriate by the Crown for loyalty beyond measure.
--[X] All lands unlawfully stripped from Houses by decree of their Overlord of that time, Lord Robert Baratheon, for supporting their Liege and House Targaryen, are to be returned to the original title holders, as their revocation was in of itself an unlawful act.
---[X] Additionally, all taxes and revenues collected from these properties from the time of seizure to their forfeiture will be assayed and distributed as is appropriate by the Crown, to the original title holders. Should resources or currency in equivalent value to those originally assessed not be paid within a reasonable time frame, the Crown will determine cause for delay in a private hearing between itself and the defaulting party and arbitrate accordingly.
----[X] Viserys' personal seal stamped in arcane fire, along with a formal invitation to the Coronation of their rightful Liege, Viserys Targaryen and promises of safe passage assured by the Armed Force of the Imperium.

Seemed a bit boring until I remembered that Monford--for all that he's characterized by caution--showcased empathy and concern for our safety before personal gain, and took significant risks over the years in our name despite honestly being a little in over his head at first.

That and I feel a little vindictive joy in calling out Velaryon as being an MVP, in practically the same breath as Martell, and forgetting to mention the "staunch loyalty" of House Tyrell who "fought for the Targaryens in the Rebellion".

Also, another little fuck you on Viserys' part, calling it "the Usurper's War" instead of "Robert's Rebellion".

New propaganda comic: A Thanksgiving style feast with all of the loyalists eating dishes themed after their reward. All expect for Mace, who's sitting at the kid's table with a plate full of crow.

That fits better, but didn't sound as good. Either way, I think the central point would make it through fine.

... Then again, it is Mace, it pays to double check that he's following what actually going on. Do you think it'd be too on the nose to have him wiping his mouth with what is clearly a letter calling for aid instead of a napkin?
I will only bully Mace further if he slips up in some egregious fashion, without fucking up too drastically to warrant a sharper reprimand.

As in, several claws worth of sharp reprimand.

Given that it is Mace the Ace, I'm sure he is capable of threading that proverbial needle, so keep that caricature warm on the presses for us.

More and more I am worried that Mace The Ace will do something to screw us over by accident. Do we have an Inquisition watch team on him or not, because I am worried that he may pull some fay or devil BS somehow.

At this point, I am just looking for an excuse.

Unfortunately, I think we have made it abundantly clear that Viserys isn't just "sneering down his nose" at people he "mistakenly perceives as useless".

He made it abundantly clear that as far back as his first interaction with them, he was sizing them up for a pair of caskets and was just waiting on a fire sale for funerary arrangements.

And by fire sale, I mean... well, you get the picture.

It's funny, in hindsight, that entire time they thought Viserys was simply dismissing their worth. You really have to be blind or actively attributing poor mental faculties if, after having your semi-divine patron slaughtered in the night by the guy who came by your crib to deliver some vaguely menacing dialogue after (also) murdering the other supernatural entities you hired the first lot to watch out for inside of your home, you continue to imagine that Viserys didn't loathe you.

It is baffling how one winds up on any kind of shitlist of a person who makes a habit of keeping abyssal demon gods near to the top of it... sometimes lower. The "sometimes lower" part is the biggest hint.

So, we got nothing from the Fey, not even the "True Death in exchange for information" deal that was the first thing my vote would have tried.
Well then, sooner or later we'll get another chance to try diplomacy on Void-minions, but not today.

Regarding Lanna, I maintain my opinion that it is impossible to keep a high-level caster under magical control alone. Unless there is something else in the game, a power Lanna can't oppose as easily as, for example Tywin, there is no way she would not have found a solution to any Geas or Compulsion binding her.

It could work if the old Lion had done something really stupid, like made a pact with Hell and now there is a Pit Fiend watching over her to make sure she doesn't slip her bonds, and Tywin is propably desperate enough to try something like that.

I was just pointing out that dragon is the best body we can build, it's not like it have to be Red Dragon, Bloodraven would fit in very well as a Myrkdrekki, letting our family become the kinds of dragons we can make in the Flesh Forge, don't lessen our PRC in my opinion.

Bloodraven does not want to be a dragon, though given his comments about flight he probably would not say no to riding one. In Viserys' estimation he would be happier in a partnership with a sentient dragon like a Myrkdreki than with a dumb beast.

Ahhhh, so he doesn't want to be the dragon, he wants to be inside the dragon! Uncle Brynden really is a man of culture.

---[] Important enemy houses (Tywin Lannister, Hoster Tully, Lysa Arryn) will receive their letters attached to a kinetic impactor fired by a Manticores steam cannons into their keeps.

this is my favorite bit of the plan

I have severe doubt DP would suddenly come to update quickly, but just in case:
Turnvote here as usual.
Feel free to vote at it if DP asks to.

@Azel, @Crake, any point in me adding all the shit in this vote and/or the letters to 4th's MAs just in case?
Later, that is.
Slep now.
