Plan updated. If the Apostasy Devil is playing hide and go seek, I propose that we break its Line of Sight, finish off the other Devils, then determine how to proceed once everyone has regrouped.

[X] Dragon Vanish!
-[X] Viserys uses Freezing Glance against the Judgement Devil as a Free Action, commands his Summoned Demons to physically harass those Devils nearest to them, then uses a Swift Action to cast a Maximized Time Stop spell. Once Time Stopped, he'll Blood Wish a Psychic Asylum spell to give himself 15 minutes to mentally review the area and determine where the Apostasy Devil must be hidden in order to have attacked Teana. Once the Psychic Asylum ends, he'll use the remaining duration of Time Stop to confirm his findings.
--[X] When Time Stop ends, Viserys will Telepathically communicate his findings then move to engage the Apostasy Devil. If it cannot be located in this manner, we will instead regroup and determine how to proceed.
-[X] Dany moves to cast a Heal spell on Teana. She Counterspells as needed using Divine Defiance, or her Battlemagic Perception buff and Ring of Spell-Battle if they have not yet been expended.
-[X] Garin once more launches a double salvo of Darkbolt spells, the first Quickened and the second Maximized, all targeting the surviving Devils.
-[X] Mereth attacks the surviving Erinyes, then switches focus to the Judgement Devil.
-[X] Richard joins Viserys in seeking out the Apostasy Devil and the Seeker moves to join up with Dany.
-[X] Benerro moves to rejoin the group and casts a Targeted Greater Dispel Magic on himself to specifically remove the Dimensional Anchor effect.
-[X] Teana moves to rejoin the group and casts a Targeted Greater Dispel Magic on herself to specifically remove the Dimensional Anchor effect. If anything tries to attack her after that before she can receive healing, she uses Celerity to Teleport to safety, unless it is the Apostasy Devil, in which case she uses Amber Sarcophagus to attempt to capture it.

-[X] Viserys uses Wild Arcana to cast a Mage's Private Sanctum as a Standard Action, arranging the effect to encompass the entire area and blocking the Apostasy Devil's line of sight. He uses Freezing Glance against the Judgement Devil as a Free Action, then uses a Swift Action to cast a Targeted Greater Dispel Magic on Garin to specifically Dispel the Dimensional Anchor effect on him. He commands his Summoned Demons to physically harass those Devils nearest to them.
-[X] Dany moves to cast a Heal spell on Teana. She Counterspells as needed using Divine Defiance, or her Battlemagic Perception buff and Ring of Spell-Battle if they have not yet been expended.
-[X] If the Dimensional Anchor was Dispelled from him, Garin Shadow Steps to the Judgement Devil's location and makes a Full Attack action against it, single or dual-wielding as he sees fit. If necessary, he uses his Belt of Battle to gain another Full Round Action to finish off the nearby Bone Devils. If the Anchor has not been Dispelled, he once more launches a double salvo of Darkbolt spells, the first Quickened and the second Maximized, all targeting the surviving Devils.
-[X] Mereth attacks the surviving Erinyes, then switches focus to the Judgement Devil, while Richard and the Seeker immediately focus on it.

I think this isn't the way to go, personally. Killing the devils in front of us isn't an issue, but these are small fry. The Deimavigga is the head of the cult here. If we kill everything in front of it, it's just going to run away, and our efforts here become largely pointless.

Do we even have a way to track down a Mindblanked individual inside of a building even if we use math to calculate a trajectory and eliminate possible sightlines to our location?

@DragonParadox Could we do that within 4 rounds with a Maximized Timestop? By process of elimination remove the buildings that wouldn't have our fight in their sightline, then use math to determine the most likely one? We can definitely do the work of an master siege engineer just going by raw skill, and that shouldn't actually be a difficult check by anything but the dint of lacking time, but then again we could also just use Psychic Asylum and take twenty after memorizing the architecture.

@Goldfish?

@Goldfish DP mentioned that if Viserys wants to do something he needs to cast celerity since his turn passed. Shouldn't you mention that in plan?

They need to be removed, though. Just because they are weaker Devils doesn't mean we can ignore them. Gimme a second, I think we can make @Crake's Time Stop inspection idea work.

That was if we wanted to act quickly enough to prevent an unconscious Teana's imminent capture. Since she escaped that fate, we should be back into regular combat.

4 round is 24 seconds, not really enough time to do all that unfortunately.

To really help sell the illusion, after the fight should we send some summoned demons around to cause some damage? Maybe have them have first crack at forge to sell it that demons are ones making a move?

Summoning them certainly helps get idea Sons of Harpy making comeback.

Psychic Asylum specifically allows you to memorize any scene you've witnessed within a certain timeframe with perfect clarity as if you had Eidetic Memory.

We Time Stop, then look around in each possible direction, then drop into Psychic Asylum, having 15 minutes to do the math, figuring out which building it could possibly have been.

Once he's Time Stopped, he can use Psychic Asylum to get 15 minutes of time in his mindscape to consider the area. Since Teana was Mind Blanked, the Apostasy Devil should be limited to line of sight and 100 feet. That would only provide so many vantage points. Once that is worked out and the Psychic Asylum ends, he would have 24 seconds to confirm the location of at least narrow it down significantly.

EDIT: Crake'd

That is doable yes.

Could we timestop as the Deimavigga is poking he spear through the hole in reality?

We could grab it and pull him to us, I'm sure we can cheese a strength check to pull him towards us.

Unfortunately, Time Stop does not allow you to interact with other creatures, barring the ones you've pulled into it with you. That's another reason why you can cast AoE spells, but you can't cast single-target spells. Because impacting the environment is totally fine, but impacting another person isn't.

Plan updated again. Think this one will work?

It's not just line of sight that limits it, though. The power has a specific 100 foot range limit if it isn't begin used in conjunction with Divination.
The 100 ft range is just the typical range for creatures it will be aware of. A Deimavigga could be watching through a telescope to make these attacks.

A deimavigga's claws slice through reality, allowing it to make melee attacks against any creature it is aware of—typically meaning creatures within 100 feet. The devil still only threatens the 10-foot area around it and it cannot make attacks of opportunity against creatures farther away. This ability can span vast distances, allowing a deimavigga making use of divination magic to detect distant creatures and attack foes separated by miles or even planes.

That's what I get for relying on my memory...

If it is using that kind of tactic, we're not going to find it. We'll have to hope it makes another attack that will let us locate it or not it with a quick Dimensional Anchor. Otherwise, we'll probably be better off leaving.

Now that we're expecting it, it won't attack again. Trying to capture Teana was a gamble. It didn't pay off, either.
