We have extradition treaties with both the Shaitan and the Djinn.

I think the problem with the Lannister was that the Shaitan could hold him indefinitely on the suspicion of spying, but didn't have enough to actually convict him, so it would have been illegal for them to hand him over to us, since we didn't have a charge against him either and they couldn't enslave and "gift" him to us either.

A concept for Namaaru's body, open for suggestion and all that, as we are going to be the designers of the same.
It's a good bit less tough than her Mummy-body was, but has some other tweaks for his.
Generally DP-approved in terms of balance and themes.

Advanced Horacalcum Warforged Template

For the construct, though mostly made of Horacalcum, no costs or efforts where spared, and so the attention of Namaaru's best artificers, the willingness to forge each part by hand from the metal best suited to it (such as Mithral joints or muscle-fibres of Adamant) and lastely to the death-mask of Namaaru, imbued with a small part of her own Legend, used as the new face of the body made this body a work of artifice equal to any artifact, bestowing the Advanced template beyond the specifics of the Horacalcum-effects.

Traits:

  • Unlike other constructs, a warforged has a Constitution score.
  • Unlike other constructs, a warforged does not have low-light vision or darkvision.
  • Unlike other constructs, a warforged is not immune to mind-affecting spells and abilities.
  • Immunity to poison, sleep effects, paralysis, disease, nausea, fatigue, exhaustion, effects that cause the sickened condition, and energy drain.
  • A warforged cannot heal lethal damage naturally.
  • Unlike other constructs, warforged are subject to critical hits, nonlethal damage, stunning, ability damage, ability drain, and death effects or necromancy effects.
  • As living constructs, warforged can be affected by spells that target living creatures as well as by those that target constructs. Damage dealt to a warforged can be healed by a cure light wounds spell or a repair light damage spell, for example, and a warforged is vulnerable to disable construct and harm. However, spells from the healing subschool and supernatural abilities that cure hit point damage or ability damage provide only half their normal effect to a warforged.
  • The unusual physical construction of warforged makes them vulnerable to certain spells and effects that normally don't affect living creatures. A warforged takes damage from heat metal and chill metal as if he were wearing metal armor. Likewise, a warforged is affected by repell metal or stone as if he were wearing metal armor. A warforged is repelled by repell wood. The iron in the body of a warforged makes him vulnerable to rusting grasp. The creature takes 2d6 points of damage from the spell (Reflex half; save DC 14 + caster's ability modifier). A warforged takes the same damage from a rust monster's touch (Reflex DC 17 half). Spells such as stone to flesh, stone shape, warp wood, and wood shape affect objects only, and thus cannot be used on the stone and wood parts of a warforged.
  • A warforged responds slightly differently from other living creatures when reduced to 0 hit points. A warforged with 0 hit points is disabled, just like a living creature. He can only take a single move action or standard action in each round, but strenuous activity does not risk further injury. When his hit points are less than 0 and greater than —10, a warforged is inert. He is unconscious and helpless, and he cannot perform any actions. However, an inert warforged does not lose additional hit points unless more damage is dealt to him, as with a living creature that is stable.
  • As a living construct, a warforged can be raised or resurrected.
  • A warforged does not need to eat, sleep, or breathe, but he can still benefit from the effects of consumable spells and magic items such as hero's feast or potions.
  • Although living constructs do not need to sleep, a warforged wizard must rest for 8 hours before preparing spells.
  • Light Fortification (Ex): When a critical hit or sneak attack is scored on a warforged, there is a 25% chance that the critical hit or sneak attack is negated and damage is instead rolled normally.

Lithe Body (Ex): Namaaru's body is shaped similar to her human or undead form, granting only +2 Natural Armor, but allowing her to wear armor normally.

Horacalcum Insight (Ex): The power of the skymetal her body is forged by gives Namaaru a perception outside of time, as well as the ability to speed up her own thoughts in relation to the outside world at will, giving her near endless time to consider her steps in the heat of combat.

  • +4 Insight bonus on Initiative
  • She may always take 10 on any use of skill, even if the skill normally doesn't allow for that
  • As she can plan out her next attacks, she gains a +2 Insight bonus on all her attacks and her critical range is increased by 1 (this is not multiplied by Keen weapons or Improved Critical, but added after such an effect).
  • Having a strange perception of time, Namaaru always knows how long a timestop will last after casting it, and she can percieve what other people under Timestop or similar effects do, still unable to act, but perfectly prepared to react after the effect ends.
Will of the Queen (Ex): Namaaru did not forget the lessons learned in Undeath, to let the power of her own will empower her body beyond the limits of mortality. She may use her Charisma modifier in place of her Constitution to determine her total HP.
I'm opposed to applying the Advanced template to her. That's just gratuitous, considering that she's a 20th level MR 5 War Priest with special powers and crazy strong artifacts.

It does less for her than being a Mummy Lord did.

She gets significantly less toughness out of the whole deal (lower HP, lower armor, no DR) and her strenght and charisma is also lesser.
Nevermind the large amount of skill-boosts and special abilities she had back then.

I think this is reasonably balanced for her.

Edit: Compared to regular people I would agree with you, but this is the body chosen as an alternative to staying a Mummy Lord and getting a Soulforging.

Surprised @Goldfish didn't ask this question, but going by the fact you're using loose terminology which seems familiar to the same ones you used to refer to the enchanters we hired in Vialesk and got from the Opaline Vault, that's 21 Level 10 Enchanters, 17 Level 8 Enchanters and 52 Level 5 Enchanters?

Or did you mean something else?

Alright, for the vampire party:

Zorin Blitz - Hellsing - Unchained Rogue 1 / Sorcerer 3 / Arcane Trickster 3 / Dread Sayona 3 - Crit-fishing build based on a scythe with magic for buffs and illusions. Take Extra Rogue Talent to gain Bleeding Attack, causing everyone who takes Sneak Attack damage to bleed.
Kars - Jojos Bizarre Adventure - Brawler 7 / Dread Sayona 3 - Use the Bleeding Attack Feat for maximum pain.
Unnamed - Anti-Paladin 7 / Dread Sayona 3 - Attribut bonuses synchronize perfectly for this.
Alucard - Castlevania - Harbinger - Crimson Countess 7 / Dread Sayona 3 - Focus on fast movement and heavy attacks. Probably use Cursed Razor since it has a lvl 2 Strike that causes heavy Bleed damage for a few rounds.

Thoughts? Suggestions?

You are asking this the wrong way. How many enchanters do we have in spider tanks per month?

How are you going to introduce and develop them? Low level but still remarkable adventuring group becomes Qyburn's personal troubleshooters, growing in power and ability until he offers them the Dread Sayona upgrade?

Okay, WTF?! Every time I try to spell Dread my Kindle changes it to Dress, but it leaves Sayona unchanged. I think my Kindle might be nascent Skynet, y'all.

I'm not writing ASWAH omakes anymore. If somebody wants to pick this up, be my guest.

I am fully in support of a Cursed Razor initiator, I have been waiting for one ever since Connington pulled out Shattered Mirror. Also the idea of an undead antipaladin build reminds me of something a friend of mine put together, so I'd like to suggest a look at the Scaled Fist monk archetype, which uses charisma for everything instead of wisdom.

Cursed Razor is also the preferred school of Roose Bolton.

Edit: Correction. He got Unquiet Grave.

Roughly yes. I don't want to make them mechanically identical, but the levels are about right.
