[X] Crake

And while the population of Sorcerer's Deep is currently smaller than that of most of the older big name cities, I would wager that a much smaller proportion of our populace are space fillers, for lack of a better term. Per capita, SD likely has far more scholars, mages, artisans, craftsmen and women, traders, etc. than any other city can hope to claim. Oldtown might have more scholars, Myr might have more craftpeople, Asshai might have more mages, and Braavos might have more traders, but we have it all. And we're growing!
Highest literacy rate, maybe? We have libraries and have taught many commoners how to read, and supposedly a good way to earn money as an initiate is to sell their skills either for dictation purposes or maybe tutoring others.

SD has something better than all that "money" and "power" nonsense; mass media. The Imperium is inches away from developing proper memes and winning a cultural victory over the rest of Planetos. :V

Pretty sure that's locked up in what would be in the restricted lore section of the library, or possibly Lya's personal collection. She keeps it on the same shelf as that book that only opens for people it thinks it can tricks and her pile of Stolen Light kitten videos.
At first our small pack of Dweomercat Cubs thought it was odd when Lya recorded their playful antics, or asked them to do or say odd phrases while wearing unusual kitten-sized outfits, but they eventually learned the power of the cat video. After that, they began to hone their craft, for soon they would be MirrorVision stars! 😺

I think it is about now that we should talk it over with Naamaru about the specifics of Warforging (Hah! Warcraft reference!) her people and rezzing her/the people of greatest import of her choice.

...Depending on how Noblesse Oblige she is, she may decide to go Warforged along with the rest of her people, though.

Not gonna lie, I think that it'd be even more metal (hah!) than her Undead form.
Prolly gonna be Adamantine, she doesnt feel like "mythril"-person to me :sour:

Now that we've gotten to the warforging pitch I feel kind of sad that we had to kill the charnel colossus; it would have made an excellent basis for a not!c'tan shard for the sarnori. If we're going to go full necron we might as well lean into it.

We still have an actual God of theirs to trap and use as a power-source.
Muh Necron.
owo.

Hmm, so what kind of opposition we dealt with against the undead?

I mean, it felt oddly even and touch and go, but how large was the enemy opposition and how strong was the average soldier the Legion faced?

Did Viserys use his ability to give spells to the citizens yet? Or is that on the back burner?
It's something that will develop organically, according to DP. Right now, Viserys has the ability but doesn't realize it yet. We should start seeing people gaining Divine spellcasting ability from him soon, though.

No spoilers, but recent developments might also make Viserys aware of this facet of his Mythic powers.

Back burner right this second, I can't remember if he's even realised he can do that yet.

But he knows ever since he gained the ability? he and Lya joked about it one or two post after the battle against Tiamat.
