[] The enemy you have witnessed is clearly one of - if not the - foremost agents of the Void. You can't know how much time you have to try and get the knowledge of it's True Name, or attempt forcing a connection to it, via the Reaper's body now.
-[] Have Dany grab a piece od the Reaper and spirit it away to safety and other Companions - both divining all the answers we can, and trying to see if there's a connection we can exploit in order to summon the Daemon back (give her the curse-staff), while you meet with the Lord-Protector.
-[] Keep a mental link open for updates on information newly-divined and corpse-questioned.

I've included this in my plan;

--[] Before the guards arrive and while the situation is being sorted out after they do, attempt to reassure the prince. Remind him that he has just come in contact with a servant of the Void, that which is enemy to all that exists, and that he survived the experience. As our victory just now shows, the Void can be fought and it can be defeated. Ask him to be patient a little while longer, for a solution to the curse afflicting the people of Mardosh will soon be revealed.

Updated the plan again, now with:

--[] Before the guards arrive and while the situation is being sorted out, attempt to reassure the prince, surreptitiously using Wild Arcana and our Rod of Threnodic Magic to cast a Heart's Ease spell which affects Undead. Remind him that he has just come in contact with a servant of the Void, that which is enemy to all that exists, and that he survived the experience. As our victory just now shows, the Void can be fought and it can be defeated. Ask him to be patient a little while longer, for a solution to the curse afflicting the people of Mardosh will soon be revealed.

Wouldnt hurt, but hes undead and got mind whacked by an epic void monstrosity. It's going to take actual mind healing. A few words and a low level spell wont pull him out.

@Goldfish We can just explain were working on restoring them to some kind of life? Being vague here hurts our cause when hes been conditioned to view things in a bad light.
