The Kingdom of Sarnor isn't actually a kingdom. Hell it's barely a confederation. They're bound by a common culture and religion, nothing more. Think of this like Ancient Greece. Or maybe Ancient Ireland. Most of the time they're fighting each other.[X] Crake
Y'know, for a Realm filled with scholars and learned men they sure act divided with one another.
Less of a Kingdom, more of a City-States. Can't they just put away past grievances and work for a common cause even after the destruction of the Dothraki?

If they were even slightly more united they would have been able to withstand the Dothraki tide, but they weren't, and so they died.
At most there is one more Sarnori city we might be able to diplomance, but the other two are aren't even remotely eligible for that treatment.[X] Crake
We're not gonna have even one battle happen at this rate, do we?

Well, we're setting up for a climatic confrontation with the big bad, at the very least.[X] Crake

Viserys, taking out a Wight outta bottle: "...So, this is a Wight".[X] Crake
So, since he is questioning the return of the long night, shall we show him a wright?
I don't think he's questioning the return of the Long Night or the Void, he's questioning if Viserys sees him and his soldiers as too tainted not to put down.[X] Crake

But mine has blue eyes!Viserys, taking out a Wight outta bottle: "...So, this is a Wight".
Lord-Protector, looking outta window at an army of Wight-soldiers of his: "You don't say".

He'll be freed from the tower soon enough.
Was that intentionally ominous?
Did it seem ominous? Oops!
If things go as we hope with the Lord Protector and the soldiers serving out their penance at the Wall, the prince would be the obvious choice of ruler for the normal civilians in the city.Did it seem ominous? Oops!
I meant it literally. Once we solidify our alliance with Mardosh and the Lord Protector agrees to life the enchantment, there will be no reason for the Prince to be kept within the tower.
And at worst, we can just remove him ourselves if we think it's taking too long.
No, the military support is more important now, we can only help the people after dealing with the dangerous ends of Sarnor.Did we ever actually convince him to abandon his "there is no war" plan?
...Well, if the shoe fits...
