We Are the Gods of a New World Order [Warhammer 50K ~ Warp God Simulator]

[X]Plan Grow, Hide and Fight
-[X]Aggressive Expansion (DC 10+)
--[X]Hero: Dana Magistrix
-[X]Ears to the Ground (DC 50)
--[X] Manpower Token
--[X] Connection
-[X] A Panoply for your Hands (DC 80)
--[X]Hero: Dana Magistrix
--[X] Domains: Endurance, Death
I don't think this is valid. Panoply requires the manpower token.

I think we should go all-in with making our first and only line of defense against the Flayers. With Hero added to the mix the chances for a normal success reach high enough for me to be comfortable, and even failures to reach the DC should accomplish something, even if not without complications, based on what I've understood about Alectai's explanations.

EDIT: Okay, so we got some clafication from Alectai. It was pointed out that Dana doesn't give a +10 by default to Kinetic Actions, but she would still be useful here to mitigate the worst-case-scenarios if they happen. Remember, we really can't fuck this up. The Flayers will be coming, and if we don't have an answer ready, we might very well lose the quest here.

[X] Plan Solid foundation.

Yeah I'd honestly say that this is the most solid plan that we have so far, it seriously helps to develop our doctrine and actually set up the base of our faith.

Yeah, there's no outright bonus but I will say that if you get on the crazy train with that roll it'll be better to have a Hero present than not.

[X] Plan Survive the Existential Threat

We'll want a hero if this goes crazy which hopefully means for both good crazy and bad crazy and a hero with good crazy this early on would be amazing

[X] Plan Book of Death
-[X] Write the Book (DC 50)
--[X] Hero: Dana Magistrix
-[X] A Panoply for your Hands (DC 80)

I mostly want to see what'll happen with the book thing since we are able to sit tight on the famine for a turn.

Myth and legends have power. Does being part of the Emperor or linked to him somehow impact our nature or allow us to influence him?

So, the burglar Publicani stole took the food and PDF, KNOWINGLY leaving the planet to die... without realizing that we managed to save the planet, for now.

Have to say Dana isn't wrong, there are still many problems to deal with, but we have time. And while I'll accept the gift, I'll wonder why it's in horse's mouth, that timing with Flayers retreating is... suspicious.

As for plans: Starting on counter-famine 2.0 is obligatory, otherwise people will start to riot, and we don't need it now; we need to establish a solid doctrine right of the get-go to minimize stupid stuff that people are prone to do; Defences are a must otherwise people will die. And Verdant Maiden is against her people dying.

While I don't know if Dana can be in 2 places at once, here's my idea:

[X] Plan Start Growing
-[X] Write the Book (DC 50)
--[X] Hero: Dana Magistrix
-[X] The Famine Problem Part 2 (DC 50)

We do need to give our people something to do, no?

Btb, @Alectai Plants can be scary:

Just to semi-summarise:
Poison ivy
Angel's trumpet plant
Dongle cutter plant
Hogweed
Bloodroot
Poisoned apple
Suicide plant

.. Now that I think about it, The only difference between Earth and 40k DeathWorld is that Earth plants are immobile... huh . . .

.. Now that I think about it, The only difference between Earth and 40k DeathWorld is that Earth plants are immobile... huh . . .
Also the number of dangerous plants, the ratio of dangerous to non-dangerous plants and the danger that said plants expose.

Like, if the list of the most dangerous plants on your planet includes hogweed, I won't fear for my life among its flora.

I say this is a solid plan.

I would think so, actually, though I think that if we have a direct connection by being part of him, chances are that he will instantly learn of our attempt to build our cult and attempt to permanently silence us.
