...Judging by the lack of general complete panic there, well, we can expect some asspulls.
I'd say reasonable paranoia? I'm expecting the Lannisters to be doing something drastic

Knock knock. Baator calling, Mammon wants his lunch money ASAP.
That would almost certainly require a research action of it was even possible, and I don't think it is. Magic isn't like radio transmissions which can be intercepted and interpreted using the correct equipment.

Mmmph, fair. I just wanna help contributing.

I'd think about giving Monford a one-time item of Word of Recall, keyed to the warded Inquisition base in SD. Maybe couple it with a Cloak of Resistance or some other save-booster.
This seems like the best solution. Maybe some basic precautions like Detect Poison, etc.

If they already had those things they would be using it on us. Tywin isn't the kind of person to wait for an enemy to come to him. He would use Bio-weapons if he had them. Also with the note of imitating what we did...good luck. We had a flesh forge and Valyrian lore to make that thing. The Deep Ones will drop bioweapons on us...they are more likely to do it. The Extraplanar mercs...I can buy it. That could be a thing he uses if they aren't already being deployed in Nirvana

Edit: Also if we are that paranoid maybe it's time to drop a pre-emptive strike on someone in the inner council?

I'm pretty sure it could be done, but would take quite some effort.

What we can do though is to specifically search for these items. Wayfinders, Locate Object and so on can find them, and then we can wring further information from the mind of whoever we just caught.

We regularly issue single-use Plane Shift, Teleport, and Sending charms to our people. We can give him one of each, along with some other stuff.

There is some other useful stuff we can issue him from the Armory.

I'll add one to the crafting schedule for him when I get back to my computer.

My main concern is getting him somewhere he can get medical attention immediately, just in case they use some fancy poison or bio-weapon.

Here's stuff that we can immediately provide Monford with from the Armory. I know we gave him a PfE item and Healing Belt a long while back, but did we also give him a Mind Blank? I can't recall. If not, we can also provide him with a Mind Blank ring.

Beads of Newt Prevention (Single-use)
Earring of Arcane Acuity
Handy Haversack
Pendant of Warding (Protection from Good, +5 Resistance bonus to saving throws)
Restorative Ointment
Greater Ribbon of Disguise
Ring of Untarnished Glory (+2 Charisma, +2 Wisdom)
Soulfire Bracers (+1)
Teleport Charm
Plane Shift Charm
Sending Stone

Just a wild idea I had:

Influence Robert and Cersei to fight, with ultimately him badly wounding or outright killing her, then influence Jaime to commit Kingslaying again.

That is bound to make a lot of divisions between the Lannisters and Crown loyalists and make the reconquest even easier, if messier.

Of course... we don't need it, but it might look cool.

Influence nothing, if we wanted all that to happen we'd just have to reveal the kids' parentage and watch the fireworks.
