Well, it is refreshing to see Fey that aren't assholes in one manner or the other.
The list was depressingly short so far - Orphne court and a few unaligned randoms.

Against the Ymeri, the Bright One, the Anti!Fey we caught in Lys, seemingly the entirety of CoS, the Other-Fey, the unaligned asshole Fey (see Redcaps), Evil!Glyra...
We just had the worst luck with Fey throughout the quest :/

As for the question...
@Crake, do we care about that person she wants dead?

Morality aside, I think so long as we could stop her vengeance at one person only, she won't go too deep down the "legend of bloody vengeance"-route herself.
We need to keep the sane(ish) Fey sane(ish), after all.
the person she wants dead she murdered before moving her tree, right now she wants vengeance against his kids while also not wanting to kill them becouse they are her family

Her problem is not that she wants a person dead, it's that the entirety of House Rowan, her last living family are also related to her mother's murderer, so she has two conflicting inclinations regarding them and thus does nothing

[X] "I would say judge what is most important to you, the joy of new connections and the sorrow of what might be friends, even family, lost to the grinding weight of immortality," letting the present slip away to doddering old age, in less than polite terms, "Or butchery of people for crimes older than some civilizations. This is, perhaps unsurprisingly, not a question I have seldom been posed, except in one case an ancient circle of Singers and Seers roused from their long slumber has turned their vengeance towards a more real and present danger to the world of form and life and warmth." And also by your own hand.
-[X] "If you would have your vengeance, in this case, I would wager as you are alive and they shall all be dead, the one who wronged you would get the last laugh." Especially considering she would be slaying a family who doesn't even know of the crimes committed and has no way to make amends for them. "My lady, seek mediation. Take the slow path to peace, as it costs you nothing but time. Or turn your eyes from it and find new beginnings as the rest of the world is, that sorrow might not weight your heart down in an endless maze. To do otherwise will not paint you in colors of justice or vindication. Rather, I think you will be more often be cursed in these lands than anything else."

We have found much worth in the forgiving of wrong doings. For wicked creatures, past sins, and even for those who once opposed us.

At the same time we have been pretty, cruel, and vengeful when we felt wronged or our family was endangered.

I think Viserys deeply despises his father, and would waste no time in killing him should he crawl out of the Abyss.

He still loves Dany though.

Well, I guess we are done here then.
If she listens, and with stated stance on mortals/magic, we'd only really need to bother about subjugating including her in the Empire after the Reconquest.

The obvious solution would be to not take revenge on the descendants, but on the killer himself. Befriend House Rowan, turn them away from kneeling before Andal gods and have them curse the name of their ancestor for his acts.

Bloodraven does have a Rowan daughter he's got some scheme going with... maybe we should poke him and see how that could be worked.

[X] Plan Fey Dealings
-[X] Ask her to grant you a day and a night to ponder her question, because you do not wish to offer rash council in a matter that has clearly weighed heavily on her for millennia.
-[X] Visit Bloodraven's Varys body in Kings Landing, get a report on the events there in recent months and talk about the matter with him, especially in light of him plotting with the daughter of the Rowans.
-[X] Your current plan would be to advise the Dryad to befriend House Rowan, earn their trust and turn them away from kneeling before Andal gods, even cursing the name of their ancestor for the crimes he committed. Then, when his own flesh and blood rejects him, she will have her revenge, having taken his life, his false honor and every scrap of the legacy he tried to create through murder and rape.

Visit Bloodraven's Varys body in Kings Landing,
Best not to, we have a mental connection already.

The original Varys managed to cheese past our Mindblank by listening to some stones, and this one has just as many things gunning for him, I'd recon.
And since we want the Fake!Varys to last for at least 3-4 months, best not to risk anything, methinks.

[X] Azel

*I do realise that the paranoia is probably not needed and deprives us of a neat scene, but it is fucking IC to overtly paranoid in such matters*

We can just meet in the equally paranoid Inquisition base we have in Kings Landing. That's our normal way to interact with him in the flesh anyway.

Evil!Glyra was a pain, but the current version is great, and Moonsong has worked worked out very well, too. The whole Orphne Court has meshed well with the Imperium, and our dealings with them have always been amicable. I also have high hopes for Ser Dregaire.

Basically, not all Fey are assholes, just most of them.

That's unnecessary. We regularly converse with Bloodraven via the permanent Telepathic Bond spell we have with the false Varys Simulacrum. Meeting with him in the flesh is just a waste of time and a complication which makes Bloodraven's life as Varys more difficult.

Headsup, @Goldfish, switching.

Though I agree, we can just telepathically communicate with 'Varys', though we can obviously also take a day to just figure out if we need to integrate Brynden's scheme into our plans better.

I really enjoyed this chapter, @DragonParadox. It was a very different take on what we've seen of most Fey, especially large gatherings. Very neat imagery, too.
