Revised plan further down.

[X] It's getting a bit nippy in here...
-[X] Rina activates her Cloak of Winter's Chill as a Free Action (+2 bonus on all Will saves & Charisma-based checks, +2 bonus to Natural Armor), casts Assay Spell Resistance, then targets the Crone Queen with a Chains of Light spell.
--[X] If the Crone Queen is captured by her Chains of Light spell, Rina then casts a 19th level Maximized Streamers spell (4 Streamers, 50 damage per Streamer). Each Streamer will immediately attack if the Crone Queen attempts to make any action, including trying to escape the Chains (Base Attack bonus +8 vs Touch AC of 10 due to being restrained and unable to benefit from Dexterity or Dodge bonuses).
--[X] If the Crone Queen attempts to cast a spell before Rina is able to act, she cancels her Battlemagic Perception buff to Counterspell it as a Free Action. If not, she instead uses it to prevent it from casting the first spell its attempting after breaking free.
-[X] If the Crone Queen is captured, after casting Streamers Rina targets it with a Piercing Cold Cold Ice Strike modified by her Coldstrike ability (+3d6 Cold damage) as a Swift Action (18d6 Cold damage or 9d6 vs Cold Immune targets, No Reflex save allowed due to be immobilized) then casts Anticold Sphere as a Standard Action.
--[X] If Rina has time before the Crone Queen breaks free, she
targets
a Maximized Righteous Smite spell (114 damage plus Blindness for 4 rounds, DC 24 Will save for half damage and to avoid Blindness).

I wonder how Vee is gonna get her mythic rank. She doesn't really have a legend or story, she's just part of the group.
Vee has some avenues to get it even without battle, just like Lya did her first rank.

Ways she can get it:

1) Research projects. There are a lot of projects she could contribute to that have outsized, world changing effects, such as making all the Weirwoods fire-immune.
2) Training extremely magical animals and then cross-breeding them. Technically another research project, really.
3) Creating and leading an organization. Right now we haven't many hospitals set up yet, but we're building more. She could be leader of a group which studies new diseases and creates cures for them. Solve enough magical plagues just as example, something which in canon wiped out entire cities, and that's an easy Tier.

Speaking of that, I think some people from that group are in the Moonchaser right now, on their second combat task this month.

I think that should reduce their progress over in the east?
No, we didn't pull anyone from the Hunt for Big Red. Everyone mentioned was involved in Reach related activities.

-[X] If the Crone Queen is captured in the ice sphere, Rina casts Anticold Sphere. She then switches her Channel Vigor buff to the Mind setting (+4 Competence bonus to Ranged Attacks) and casts a Maximized Sunbeam spell (19th caster level, Blindness and 114 damage vs Undead, DC 24 Reflex save for half damage and to avoid Blindness) which she will use against the Crone Queen as soon as it escapes the ice sphere.
@Goldfish, does Rina really have access to Sunbeam? That seems exactly the opposite to the kinds of powers she'd have inherited from the Others. Winter, Air, and Death, namely. She still hasn't gotten the ability to properly heal yet, for example.

Yep, she has access to it. The only reason she cannot perform traditional healing magic is because her nature prevents her from wielding Positive Energy. Otherwise, she's a fully empowered Cleric. Since Sunbeam isn't related to Positive Energy, its use is not restricted.

Okay, cool. 👌 We're probably walking away with a nifty sacrifice, then.

Umm, gentlemen:

Sunbeam
(Player's Handbook v.3.5, p. 289)

Evocation [Light]
Level: Druid 7, Warmage 7, Sun 7, Glory 7,

It is actually a Druid spell?

Yeah, I was editing my plan and noticed that faux pas. I've swapped Sunbeam out for Bolt of Glory. It's a better option anyway, at least damage-wise, but doesn't allow for multiple uses per casting and doesn't cause Blindness. It hits for 180 damage against an Undead when Maximized, though, so I'm not complaining.

EDIT: Oh god damnit, and now I notice that Bolt of Glory is a Positive Energy spell, which Rina cannot use. Gotta fix that now.

Now that's ironic!

Also, I forgot to take into account the fact that Rina earned XP from the Thenn evacuation.

So she might very well level up from this encounter, assuming another PC doesn't swoop and split the rewards.

Okay, plan updated with Maximum Ruthless Murder Rina.

If the Crone Queen is captured, Rina is going to light it up with a Maximized and Piercing Cold augmented Cold Ice Strike then surround it in Maximized Streamers that will attack if it tries to escape the Chains of Light. Escaping will be possible, of course, but it will also be lethal. This give it the option to surrender, though I don't think it will do so.

Rina has a pretty good chance of dealing with it if it tries getting into a spell-slinging match.

Those energy draining attacks are no joke, though.

Thankfully, her Soulfire bracers will protect her from the Energy Drain attacks.

Actually, Rina will have an AC of 38 against the Crone Queen's melee attacks (or 40 assuming she is using the +2 Dodge bonus to AC effect from her Persistomancy'd Blessing of Fervor spell), so it's going to have some difficult even hitting her. It will also need to roll a 15 or high on any caster level check to beat Rina's Spell Resistance, and Rina will need to roll a Nat 1 on her saves to fail to resist them. She might take half Cold damage from the Crone Queen's abilities, but that's reduced to just 25% on a successful save.

All told, even if her Chains of Light spell fails to capture the Crone Queen, Rina is well equipped to deal with it.

Given all of that, I actually see some dispels flying her way. Though it would be inefficient to target the soulfire bracers unless it was specifically to do some higher grade death magic, and then she still has her Spell Resistance since she didn't try to strip the persisted spells she's wearing.

And on top of that there's obviously her Counterspell. You might be right on this being a stacked fight in Rina's favor.

On the other side of things, Rina doesn't really have to do more than keep the thing focused on her either, since Viserys will be there within several rounds at the latest, and being turned into a briquette by a maximized breathweapon isn't good news.

Unless DP has added a casting template onto the Crone Queen, it shouldn't have any Dispels available.

I hope Viserys arrives to find the Crone Queen has been reduced to ribbons of frozen Undead flesh by Rina.

Guys i just had an epiphany while sleep deprived. So bear with me, why don't we just use the flesh forge to create humans with the sorcerer template and just increase their racial hit die, since we can just do that. Armies of sorcers and they would be cheap too.
