Regarding tactics : this is the time for Waymar's gear list to shine!
  1. He has Nerveskitter 1/day to go first
  2. He can activate his Crystal of Temporal Acceleration, and use those two rounds to put two Explosive Launcher rounds in front of the undead + draw his Launcher. Then he can use his final action to shoot his final explosive round, detonating them all in the enemy's face. Then he can do the Quickened Maximised Fireball thing @Goldfish suggested, use his move action to move into melee, and use a swift action to activate Belt of Battle to get a Full Attack in (and he has Haste active already, which is nice). If needed he can use a Swift action from inside the Temporal Acceleration to activate the belt, because nothing actually says you have to use the Belt right them (you just have to use it before the end of your turn, but you can take actions in any order you want).
  3. He already has Blur active, so I didn't include another defensive buff. Thoughts? That Warding Shield spell could give him SR 26, IIRC.

EDIT: @Goldfish, burning a bajillion spells for Arcane Strike feels a little cheesy. That "free action" is a relic from the old action system (if it had been published later it would have been a swift action, and you know it), so let's not game it too hard.

@Goldfish Talon's battle plan is clever, and totally in style of using tools when deprived of strength or power that is written into Waymar's class fluff. You should use it because I agree, that feat was written before Swift Actions were introduced.

[X] TalonofAnathrax
Waymar can win, though will be rather closer than usual.
RE: Damage stacking, be aware that if it stacks for us, it also stacks for enemies. Like say, a suddenly awakened tentacled abomination with 12 attacks siphoning every single spell slot it has into it, for 48d4 extra damage on every one. Nice Companions you got there. Would sure be a shame if someone deleted them. Feat would be pretty much auto-pick for dragons too, with their amazing spellcasting progression.

Stacking
In most cases, modifiers to a given check or roll stack (combine for a cumulative effect) if they come from different sources and have different types (or no type at all), but do not stack if they have the same type or come from the same source (such as the same spell cast twice in succession).

I thought about using his Temporal Acceleration crystal, but wasn't sure. Let's do it.

Updating my plan now.

He already has SR 33 thanks to Dany's Persistomancy.

Unless @DragonParadox says otherwise, though, I want to burn spell slots for ramped up Arcane Strike damage.

I'm kind of imagining that Fireball will be negated here. Seems like one of those no-brainer spells for an Other to nullify if they had the chance.

What's our followup if the Fireball is snuffed out?

Hitting with massive arcane striking in his face, with the supposedly Other-killing sword.

The Fireball is a nice extra, but not that important compared to his total output, regardless if it works or not.

Here's my revised plan. I'm bowing to consensus from y'all to not cheese Arcane Strike. Not using Fireball, either. The action economy doesn't quite work out in its favor.

@TalonofAnathrax, using Explosives while Time Stopped is problematic, and detonating like you mentioned may or may not work, but I don't want to chance it.

This course of action Waymar is going for isn't "honorable", but it should be effective.

[X] "Dance with me, then."
-[X] Waymar uses his Temporal Acceleration crystal as a Swift Action to gain the effects of Time Stop for two rounds.
--[X] While Time Stop'd, he activates his earring to gain True Seeing for one minute if he isn't already benefiting from it, and takes up position behind the Champion.
---[X] He sheaths the cursed blade in Purity's scabbard to grant it the Good-aligned, Ghost Touch, and Keen Edge properties, then does whatever he can to obscure the Champion's vision, whether that mean bursting a Tanglefoot Bag on its head or wrapping a towel around its face.
----[X] Before the effect ends, he activates his Belt of Battle using all three charges to gain an additional Full Round Action.
-----[X] When the regular passage of time resumes, Waymar attacks the Champion from behind, using first the Full Round Action gained from his Belt, then his normal action allotment to do it all over again. He activates his Arcane Strike ability using a 4th level spell (+4 bonus to attack rolls and +4d4 damage per attack this round) as a Free Action before attacking. If at any point he needs it to save his life or avoid defeat, he will use his Fate of One crystal as an Immediate Action to gain a reroll.

I would like to use Nerveskitter before Temporal Acceleration, but one is an Immediate Action and the other Swift. Unfortunately, they cannot both be used in the same round.
