That one won't work on a living creature, but Alter Self or Enlarge Person should make things easier on the mother. Or maybe Reduce Person in the infant.
Enlarge or Reduce on just one of the two would probably do bad things to whatever point of the anatomy where it is ruled that mother and child are considered joined at (that is, the umbilical cord and the points where it connects to them both).

This particular kind of spell should really count mother and child as one, in my opinion. Better to just stick with cutting the mother open and then fixing any problems this causes with healing, I'd say.

The spell counting mother and child as one, just mean you should use polymorph instead, most species have easier births than humans, and the baby will be polymorphed with the mother until it's out, so have the mother spent half an hour into a something like a rat while giving birth, and she gets an effortless birth.

May want to add a tiny explanation on who the Brazen Throne is, lest these jokers think we're not being sarcastic. Not that I think it'll ever matter, but I like to be educational when possible.

Viserys already does stuff like this when prompted. The focus of the vote lays upon "bloodthirsty heathen gods" doing more for Andrew personally than the Seven ever did, and that's where the focus will remain.

Think we should go for broke and get the kid a blessing of some sort? If only because it'd make any magic the kid gets inherently incompatible with "firm guidance " from the seven.

I don't want to do that without prior consent from someone. I think blessings are something that a person should walk into eyes wide open, for much the same reason Melisandre didn't "volunteer" that Sarnori girl for the Red Priesthood.

That's not a blessing, that's servitude. I don't think any parent would object to say a Limited Wish or a Miracle making their child healthier and stronger, especially after a scare of almost losing them.

This kid has a Child of Destiny origin. His father is part of a lineage of badass knights and his mother was possessed and nearly killed herself and him before being saved by a mage. Add in a prophecy, a dark lord and a mentor and you got yourself a decent 7 book series.

Edit: Or one badass epic tale.

That's not too bad.

[X] The Old Gods take magic as much as they do blood, and the Brazen Throne's generous largesse is as punctual as ever.
-[X] You'll throw in something extra to ensure the child is born as healthy as they can be (the equivalent of an Advanced template)

The next generation of Daynes is not going to be starved for choice if Dawn needs a bearer.

Fair enough, I suppose it isn't that important of a location. I was just hesitant about leaving a tree somewhere relatively out of the way of our regular forces. It's too bad, there are some really nasty plant creatures we could play with for stuff like this.

A Moldwretch with Russet mold, Mindslaver mold, or Violet fungus would be a fun surprise for any follow up agents, and the fact that OG spirits pilot our plant creatures reduces the risk of using mind control minions.
Oh... that Mindslaver mold looks very useful. Apparently it can also take an undead host, so they make great control units. Especially with that mindlink ability.

Though there might be a lot of shouting if the Old Gods get that direct a link to a body.

Honestly, the Old God's have standards. They want you to gut them on a stone, display the entrails artistically, while still alive obviously, and have the appropriate magical item paring to go with it.

This isn't a Mcdonalds goddammit, we serve our sacrifices with class.
Not really, they take any Septon or Knight with his insides spilled over a Weirwood.
See the Mountain Clans for proof.
