The big "problem" at the moment is the kid. Remove them from the equation and suddenly everyone gets some time to think.

I suggest we build the lady a Simulacrum similar to what Varys had. That way she can walk about and not look pregnant while she's somewhere else and has the kid.

After that, well, we'll be in charge and not really give a shit where she finds the kid and everyone will have a lot more pressing matters to worry about, e.g. trying their best attempts at verbally sucking our scaly dick as if that'll get them a better bargaining position in the new world order.

Put the baby is a Flesh forge vat and let it grow there like we were planning to do with Lya? I mean the Queen of the realm is willing to do it so it's not like we're going to allow that to be a succession problem or let it be unsafe and all that.

A reliable body double plus a sustained telepathic link would probably be less likely to get discovered, reliant on her not actually having to be in public eye for nine months.

Though your previous suggestion to simplify their issues down to their core isn't without merit, TBH.

-[X] Let Jeyne and Dayne disappear for a while, claiming that the same person that tried to assassinate Dayne had abducted Jeyne and cursed her in some fashion. She is in an undisclosed location, seeking healing while Dayne helps her. This place is unsurprisingly SD, which will be the important scandal for everyone to focus on, for it is unlikely that people won't be able to guess that much.
-[X] After a few weeks, Dayne returns, his honor intact for having helped the lady in dire straits, but she will remain away for a while longer to heal. (Read: Have the kid in peace.)
-[X] From there on it's their choice. If Jeyne wishes to become the new Lady Dayne, they can play at having fallen in love and married. The exact birth date of the child doesn't need to become public knowledge, thus curbing the rumors somewhat. If not, she can return and claim the child to be from someone entirely unrelated, or do the switcheroo with her sister.
-[X] No matter what, have Tyene discretely explain Imperial marriage law to her before she makes her choice.
