It still needs an evil seed to empower it.

I'd rather not have an evil infused metal as the conduit for our deity. I wanna make that Imperial Steel first
This is just a building block. The Imperial Deity itself is going to be some variant of Neutral, probably Lawful Neutral.
I'm just arguing the exact point when we heard of VS appearing, not whether it was made by the 14.
Lightbringer was the seed. The fact that they started making more of the blades after Azor Ahai died and the original was broken is beside the point since it's essentially in the same time frame.

And... that's precisely what I'm meaning to get from her?

Fine. Whatever. Dumping properties and screwing flavor.

[X] Ask her to create a material, Imperial Steel, with the following properties, but which is not considered "hers" in a metaphysical sense:
-[X] Can absorb, gather and direct magical energy (like VS).
-[X] Can be used as a "seed" to create more of itself in a ritual (like VS). (Cost: 800 IM per pound)
-[X] Is linked to it's own representation in the dreamscape and astral plane. (All items made from it are Ghost Touch.)
-[X] Gives a +2 Bonus to items made from it, and counts as +2 for further enchantment (like VS).
-[X] All Fire enchantments are automatically made Searing.
-[X] If enchanted with Bane against Chaos, Cold or Fey, deal +1d6 damage when that effect triggers.
-[X] Also resolve to name Valyrian Steel by it's proper name, Dragonsteel, from now on.

This is fine, don't worry about the fluff. Viserys has the arcane knowledge to describe all this.

Valyrian steel.

We really out to just make the material ourselves.

Or subvert the 15th god to make the divine battery.

Would a lobotomized god work?

Like DP confirmed above, it's just an incorrect name. It was originally dragonsteel, and it is far older than the Valyrian Freehold.

Hell, there are even legends about the Last Hero wielding a sword of dragonsteel. In the context of this quest it's probably true.

Speaking of the pantheon, @DragonParadox, cooperating against Tiamat is a great first step for all our allied gods to forge the first step into becoming a proper pantheon. ;)

Yes, but it's not the most important step by far. Their actual worshipers have to perceive them as working together most of all and what happened with Tiamat is not known outside the companions and a few other mind blanked people right now. You guys could of course choose to make it public.

My goal is still to make it a distributes Genius Loci of the Imperium, allowing Viserys full control and to act as the head god of the pantheon around it.
Then an iron-clad ruleset (designed with maxed INT and WIS) for the battery imperial deity would serve well.

I personally hope that the Well stays decently filled with Tiamat juice to use that as part of the Imperial Pseudo-Deity kickstarter power.
Oh, right, the Well is a pretty good conduit too.

Aren't the clerics already working together in the Houses of Healing?

is it known in the upper echelons (Asmodeus et al), or is it a secret?

And Lo upon this day the Gods did decree that Tiamat was a bitch and proceeded to kick the shit out of her, and as she lay upon the fallow ground bound by the steel of ancient artifice the Princess thus decreed that Tiamat was a bitch and stole her kidney. Once robbed and twice broken the great serpent was cast out of the lands of men and thus the Gods declared it good.

Amen.

@Azel, no need to define all of the characteristics of Valyrian Steel in your plan, DP already said it would be fine, though this would be a good opportunity to simply rename the stuff Dragonsteel once more.

Added that to my vote.

Hopefully that will curb this 15th panic in the future.
Yes but only informally and mostly in their own time. Some choose to just heal at their own temples too.
So... a Temple of Unity then? Maybe looking a bit like the Hagia Sophia, which is itself inspired by the Pantheon in Rome?
