Think about it: we accepted wildly OP PrCs because "we have no gear" and "they lose caster levels". Now we have gear, and you want the caster levels back?

Yeah, but two feats for, in specific conditions getting a caster level back is one thing, one feat for a Wiz 3/Archivist 1/Theurge build to recoup one is another.
I think that this feat is wildly OP, and don't want it to exist in this setting.
What if she retrained a feat to gain a non-Mythic version of it, combined with the "Mythic" version, in order to gain the effect of the feat? That would be a two feat investment, one of which requires a Mythic feat to acquire. That's not bad, IMO.

If she learns the Faith's Reach Path ability, she could toss Reach Spell to make room.

I'm not gonna push too hard for this if ya'll are dead set against it, but I don't think this would be too OP.

Yup, that about sums it up.

No big deal, tons of other ways to gain yet more power. Which also about sums up my feelings on "that's wildly OP". I think it was pointed out earlier, but Mythic Tiers were designed with the idea that you would be handing them out slowly even at lower levels, since their apparent effect at the lower tiers reflected by lower leveled capabilities is greatly diminished. With one Mythic Tier, Viserys' power level shot way up because he was already high leveled. I imagine it won't be any different for Dany if applied creatively. And the thread is nothing if not creative.

Dany's class is all about Dreamlands, yet she barely ever uses the fluffy parts of it.

So, please, no focusing her Legend squarely on the same pitfall.

She's much more about... defying, really.
Tiamat in particular, but wasn't she with us in first Valyria trip (Bloodstone Emps), at Mammon-fight (duh), Mantarys (Listerer = that one Archdaemon)..? etc.

I think a solid case can be made for fluffing her around defying the Powers, deities-grade entities and whatnot.

Or, make her even more of a dragon-dreamer.

There is little stopping her Mythic Path going in the direction akin to Rhaella's capstone, allowing her to, say, dragondream herself a body of an exotic dragon type, or summon a draconic ally, etc.

Shit, I can't help it, I'm unhappy with the "not perfecr" rolls we got on stealing her power.
Yes, even befor knowing the results.
:/
Damned be the random.
}:c

Side note, now that Tiamat is done with foe the time being, and our Gods are in no immediate need to be awake, I'm going to campaign for opening up the Red Dragon orb like a can of sardines and feeding the inhabitant to Yss.

We wanted a dose of God-killing poison of Yss', didn't we..?

G'night everyone.

I know we've shifted to mythic ranks now, but I had a fantastic idea about what to do with a bit of Tiamat's corpse that I want to suggest. What if we make part of the mother of Wyrms into worms? The mechanics so far for avatar usage have leaned towards a limited supply of metaphysical power instead of limited flesh due to various spells. We could shave off a few HD worth of flesh/power for each head and make a set of five wyrm headed worms.

Then we'd be able to call her the mother of worms and be technically correct since they would be related to her directly. That encounter with the mutant dragon on the plane of water implied that dragons have a inordinate amount of distaste for this particular slip of the tongue so I imagine that this would really piss her off.

Ah, now that Tim's done with, who's exactly missing from the numbers of targets we were most gunning for?
@Duesal, any idea there, before the post-battle reports start coming in?

Side note, Orange's gonna be... impressed by our deed here, to say the least
:V

We're rezzing the Shugenja F!Aegon sacrificed as well, I assume, yes?
(well, try to, let's hope Timmie has not eaten her soul)
Lizzirth is nowhere to be seen for one. I'm sure there are a bunch of minor clerics missing as well.
This was "the merest fraction" of her power. And if not for a timely Pronouncement of Fate, Viserys would be a gem in her hoard.

Much like I would not dare another round with Mammon, next time she is going to go for broke and bring about some CR30+ monstrosity that's liable to Word of Chaos the entire party dead, on the spot.

Something like a Greaty Wyrm Red, with four extra heads (and actions), and three or four Practiced Spellcaster feats to pump her CL to truly god-like levels.
That was a joke, dude. I shouldn't have to put a disclaimer on every joke I make.

Daenerys - Path of the Hoard-breaker

"Madness and greatness are two sides of the same coin. Every time a new Targaryen is born, the gods toss the coin in the air and the world holds its breath to see how it will land."
Old words for an old family, twisted by older Gods who claim ancestry and dominion over its bloodline. Yet Daenerys wields her own coin, and through it flows her sorcery. Born once in a storm, once through sacrifice and once through defiance, Daenerys Targaryen dreams a mad dream. It is a narrow road to walk, with no end in sight. But Daenerys can bring mad hopes into the waking world, and hers is the will to rule her own fate, to cast out her Divine ancestor from the world she once ruled and to defeat the greed and wrath of eons.
Tiamat stands in her way, thrice-defied and thrice-wrathful. Yet already, the Dreamer's laughter echoes through the dreams of men, followed by five helpless roars. No matter how this tale may end, all will know that the merest of mortals stole divine fire and wrought joy from it.

Lucid Breach: You are adept at breaching magical defenses and resistance to your magic. When attempting a caster level check to dispel an effect, overcome spell resistance, or otherwise determine whether or not your magic affects a target (such as with knock or neutralize poison), roll twice and take the higher result. As a special effect due to the manner in which you first acquired Mythic rank, you gain a bonus to caster level checks equal to half your Mythic Tier against the Dragon Goddess Tiamat and any beings who serve or worship her.

Faith's Reach: Whenever you cast a divine spell with a range of touch, you can instead cast the spell with a range of 30 feet. If the spell normally requires a melee touch attack, it instead requires a ranged touch attack.

To Dream a mad Dream: At Mythic Tier 3, Dream Turning now functions against Dragons, and a mythic power use can be expended as a free action to gain a single extra use of Dream Turning (not useable to fuel divine metamagic). As an immediate action, expend a use of Dream Turning or a Mythic power use to stop Dragon breath from entering within 10ft of you (an opposed Tier roll may be required against Mythic Dragon Breath).

Defiant Soul: Your soul withstood Tiamat's will, Tiamat's wiles, and Tiamat's wrath. You automatically succeed at Concentration checks to cast divine spells. This ability doesn't apply to spells of the highest spell level you can cast.

Dream-Time: Whenever you cast a spell with a duration of 1 minute or longer upon one willing target, you can change that spell's duration to 24 hours. If the spell has other duration conditions, those still apply (for example, the duration of stoneskin changes to 24 hours or until discharged). A creature can't be subject to more than one spell affected by this ability at a time; if another is cast upon the creature, the first one ends. This path ability also replaces the Mythic Feat obtained at this Tier.

Shatter Pride: Dream Turning now Commands any Dragons it would normally Rebuke.

Prayer-Breaker: If you successfully counterspell a divine spell that is on your spell list and of a level you can cast, you can absorb the countered spell's power and use it for your own purposes. On your next turn, you can cast that spell as a spell-like ability using your divine spellcaster level as the caster level.

Hoard-Thief: You can steal [Tier] Mythic Power uses or Divine spells as a touch attack, with Mythic creatures allowed an opposed Tier check to resist. Stealing divine spells functions like the spellthief ability.

Transcendent Dreamer: The Dreamlands are fundamentally linked to your soul, and the boundary between dream and truth is hard to find when you are present. You can use the planar traits and characteristics of the Dreamlands for one round after expending a mythic power use as a free action. Upon death, unless you are hunted down within the dreamlands and killed again, you will slowly reappear within the dreams of others until you step out into the real world one day. If you were soul-killed, you will never be able to exit the Dreamlands and you can no longer cast spells (indeed, you are arguably just an extremely realistic copy of the real Daenerys, idealised in the dreams of others and unable to truly grow and change, but nonetheless able to guide others within the dream and touch the dreams of mortals).

Here's what I have for everyone's Mythic upgrades. Everything is preliminary, of course, but I figured this would be a good starting point. We don't have a fully developed Path for Dany, which doesn't bother me a bit but I'm assuming ya'll will want to come up with something fitting. We can at least determine what her starting abilities will be in the meantime.

For Viserys, he's learning Mythic Time Stop, which is awesome. This will allow him to cast the spell and affect an ally who will also benefit from it (increasing to two allies at 4th tier, three at 6th, etc).

Nature of the Realm is his already planned Path ability which gives him the ability to grant Divine spells as per Divine Source and eventually benefit from Longevity (on top of multi-millennia Dragon lifespan). One of the Domains we select has to be Law because of Viserys' alignment, but I think the second should be Knowledge. It fits for those who will be praying to Viserys, IMO.

For Viserys' new Mythic Feat, I think we should get Extra Path Ability and learn Component Freedom. It's a really great ability which further cements Viserys as a master of magic. He already casts all spells Silently, so this will let him automatically cast Silent and Still spells, or Silent and without a costly material component or Focus item (no more Alchemist's Fire for Firebrand, for example). This would also let Viserys retrain the Silent Spell metamagic feat next time he levels up (again...).

[X] Viserys' Mythic Path (Path of the Ascendant)
-[X] New Mythic Spell: Time Stop
-[X] Mythic Feat: Extra Path Ability
-[X] Path Ability:
--[X]
Component Freedom (Ex): When you cast an arcane spell, you can ignore one component of the spell: focus, material, somatic, or verbal. You can ignore a focus or material component only if its total value is equal to or less than 100 gp × your tier. You can select this ability more than once; each time you take this ability, the number of components you may ignore for each spell you cast increases by 1.
--[X] Nature of a Realm (Su/Ex): At 3rd Tier, you gain the ability to grant spells to divine spellcasters who choose to follow your creed, as the Divine Source Mythic Ability (you choose two domains as normal), bestowing upon them an echo of the flame that you have forged into a beacon to the world, standing forever against the dark. For so long as even a single echo endures, so too will you, and thus the realm itself. As long as any follower of yours capable of casting spells of a level equal to (Mythic Tier/3) lives, you are treated as if you had the Longevity Mythic Ability.
---[X] Longevity (Su): Upon taking this ability, you can no longer die from old age. If you have penalties to your physical ability scores due to aging, you no longer take those penalties. You still continue to age, and you gain all the benefits to your mental ability scores.
---[X] Divine Source (Su): You can grant divine spells to those who follow your cause, allowing them to select you as their deity for the purposes of determining their spells and domains. Select two domains upon taking this ability. These domains must be alignment domains matching your alignment if possible, unless your alignment is neutral. You grant access to these domains as if you were a deity. Creatures that gain spells from you don't receive any spells per day of levels higher than your tier; they lose those spell slots. In addition, you can cast spells from domains you grant as long as their level is equal to or less than your tier. Each day as a spell-like ability, you can cast one spell of each level equal to or less than your tier (selecting from those available to you from your divine source domains).
---[X] Domains Selected:
----[X] Law Domain

----[X] Knowledge Domain

There are a couple Path abilities which would be really nice for Lya, but the best IMO is Competent Caster, and for the same reason Viserys learned it. It's disturbingly easy to interrupt a mage when they try to cast a spell if you break their Concentration, even when the skill has been artificially pumped sky high. Competent Caster eliminates that as an issue entirely, except when you try to cast your highest level of spells.

[X] Lya's Mythic Path (Path of the Sage)
-[X] Mythic Attribute Bonus: +2 Intelligence

-[X] Path Ability:
--[X] Competent Caster (Ex): You automatically succeed at concentration checks to cast arcane spells. This ability doesn't apply to spells of the highest spell level you can cast.

There are a couple good choices for Richard at this tier, but nothing outstanding. Burst Through meshes well with a lot of his other abilities, such as Fleet Charge, Impossible Speed, and a lot of focus we've put on him being able to charge to a target and fuck it up. He has become the Highlander!

[X] Richard's Mythic Path (Champion)
-[X] Mythic Attribute Bonus: +2 Strength

-[X] Path Ability:
--[X] Longevity (Su): Upon taking this ability, you can no longer die from old age. If you have penalties to your physical ability scores due to aging, you no longer take those penalties. You still continue to age, and you gain all the benefits to your mental ability scores.

Lots of good stuff going on with Dany this time, since she's getting two Mythic tiers. Inspired Spell is a must, as it's basically the Divine version of Wild Arcana.

There aren't a lot of good feat choices for Dany right now. It really either comes down to Mythic Extend Spell or Spell Lore. Mythic Extend Spell allows her to triple the duration of spells, which is helpful with Persistomancy, while Mythic Spell Lore will let her learn Mythic versions of two Cleric spells. There aren't a bunch of good Mythic Cleric spells to choose from, however, meaning we would have to use that limited pool or find some we want Dany to always use and make Mythic versions of them ourselves. Two pretty good picks would be Mythic Regenerate and Mythic Plane Shift. Being able to cast Regenerate as a Standard Action is very nice, and having it grant Regeneration = Mythic Tier for 1 round per caster level is pretty sweet. Mythic Plane Shift is essentially Greater Plant Shift (using a 5th level spell rather than an 8th level spell), with the added ability to provide Planar Adaptation if desired.

For her Path abilities, I'm recommending Faith's Reach and Eldritch Breach. Faith's Reach is identical to Malarys' ability which allows him to cast any Touch spell as a Ranged Touch Attack with a range of 30 feet. That the same range as the Reach Spell, but without the +2 level adjustment from the feat. That would let her Reach spells without wasting Turning attempts, which would leave her a lot more Turnings to use each day instead of spending them on Persistomancy. Eldritch Breach is another Path ability Viserys already knows, and it's a beauty. Being able to reroll any failed caster level check is amazing. It makes attempts to Dispel anything or overcome Spell Resistance much more likely to succeed.

[X] Dany's Mythic Path: Path of the Hoard-Breaker
-[X] Mythic Attribute Bonus: +2 Wisdom
-[X] Mythic Feat: Iron Will (Mythic)
-[X] Divine Surge:
--[X] Inspired Spell (Su):
You can expend one use of mythic power to cast any one divine spell, treating your caster level as 2 levels higher. This spell must be on your divine spell list (or your domain spell list) and must be of a spell level that you can cast using that divine spellcasting class. If you are a spontaneous spellcaster, you don't need to have the spell prepared, nor does it need to be on your list of spells known. Using this ability does not expend a prepared spell or available spell slot. You can apply any metamagic feats you know to this spell, but its total spell slot level must be a slot level you can normally cast.
-[X] Path Abilities:
--[X] Faith's Reach (Su): Whenever you cast a divine spell with a range of touch, you can instead cast the spell with a range of 30 feet. If the spell normally requires a melee touch attack, it instead requires a ranged touch attack.
--[X] Lucid Breach (Su): You are adept at breaching magical defenses and resistance to your magic. When attempting a caster level check to dispel an effect, overcome spell resistance, or otherwise determine whether or not your magic affects a target (such as with knock or neutralize poison), roll twice and take the higher result. As a special effect due to the manner in which you first acquired Mythic rank, you gain a bonus to caster level checks equal to half your Mythic Tier against the Dragon Goddess Tiamat and any beings who serve or whorshp her.

Daenerys - Path of the Hoard-taker
This is overly focused on Tiamat and dragons. Yes, they are what earned Dany her mythic ranks in the first place, but I don't think the entire thing should revolve around fighting them. This ties into the reason a lot of people ended up not wanting Dark Sister to go to Dany when they found out the enchantment would just be a fancy dragonbane -- overspecialization against enemies is not a good thing.
Defiant Dream: +2 to all saves, spell DCs and skill checks against Tiamat and her followers. These bonuses double at Mythic Tier 6. Can expend one use of Mythic power as a free action to gain a number of ideas equal to your Tier. This ability replaces the Mythic Feat and Path Ability gained at Tier 1.
Bend the Knee: Dream Turning now Commands any Dragons it would normally Rebuke.
Bend the Knee seems cool, but the rest, especially Defiant Dream, seems like it will be used sparingly if ever.
