It's nice to see enemies with good equipment though. And who knows, perhaps they have Death Pact active and will return instantly if slain!
Actually that seems damn likely (they can cast it, AFAIK). So being at zero HP may not be such a problem for Connington.
Sorry @Duesal, I predict he'll heal.
That's why I'm not content with him being at 0 hp, he needs to die so he doesn't fuck us over in the middle of a much more important fight.
EDIT: Oh, and that Flesh-smith has shitty timing. I don't want to recruit someone like that, who lets his allies get hammered for a round before acting. Where was it hiding, anyway? Did it teleport in, or was it somehow hidden in plain sight all along?
Leaving aside the larger assumption that we're probably not going to be taking recruits from the Golden Company, this Flesh Smith in particular is someone who Vee has flat out told us she wants dead for what he did to that poor Darkenbeast in the Reach.

wasn't that the dude we captured in the reach and fed to yss? i mean this guy still dies preferably captured to feed to our perma death snake but he is dead

She actually said "don't make me work with him", but in Vee talk that's "if it doesn't get in the way, please kill him for me".

Viserys likes to accommodate. :V

do we have a way to heal the seekers paralasis?
Sure, but it'll cost us a round, we can't use Time Stop for the rest of the Encounter, and half our senses are debilitated.

It says something that Viserys is still probably the most dangerous thing on the field right now that isn't a Godly Avatar.

That was just the apprentice, who was indeed tossed to Yss. This is the "master", though our current Flesh Smiths would be offended that he dares claim the title.

Clegane needs to perform a coup de grace on Connington ASAP so he doesn't fuck with our chances against Tiamat. He's the one in a proper position to do it since the Seeker is currently paralyzed. That Shattered Mirror strike was really annoying. I think we're going to be dealing with this bs for the rest of the fight.

@TalonofAnathrax, the Fiery Dragonbeasts are definitely at risk of being controlled, so they should probably do field control further away.

Okay, Viserys doesn't need Verbal components for his spells since they are automatically Silenced and he can Still two spells per day using his bracers. Or just cast Stilled versions of spells using the Still Spell feat which he knows.

The impeded vision is annoying, though. Is there some reason that couldn't be handled with a Heal spell, @DragonParadox?

It's a non-standard debilitating effect. We could probably deal with it using a Miracle though.

The Fiery Dragonbeasts each have 30 HD. The Avatar of Tiamat would need to have a caster level close to 30 to manage that. I can see it being something managed via powerful ritual prepared ahead of time and using multiple Cleric's to maintain, but for the Avatar to do it alone, that's pushing things a bit, IMO.

The Mind Dragons are in much greater danger of being controlled, however, as they only have 12 HD.

Heh.
Viserys is blinded, and Tiamat shows her power.

Some parallels can be drawn

No, just... no.
It's an Avatar of a Dragon Deity.

All dragons are by definition in hella danger while she's here.
Rules don't mean jack shit to metaphysical bullshit of hers.

Dont put them near her.

Have the Mind Dragon currently present teleport away using a charm, then keep the Dragon with Team Yss back to help Malarys and company?

Two Dragonbeasts would be a pain in the ass to deal with. They're utter monsters and have decent saves (I think?)

Oh, I have no intention of doing that. Was just explaining the mechanics of it.

Just make sure you coup de grace Connington. And possible Ashara, too. I don't trust Tiamat not to undo all our work so far if we let her.
