We can give it wings, fire breath, and a laser bomb thingy...we have the technology!I'm good. I mainly just want a crab for Lord Celtigar. If you wanna stack templates on a Flesh Forged on that's fine, but I'd be equally okay with a normal one as his mount.

...is there a Crab God anywhere around? We can give it wings, fire breath, and a laser bomb thingy...we have the technology!
I'd like as many as possible. An inbuilt immunity to Mind Effects is great, and it frees them up from needing to be plants. We can give it wings, fire breath, and a laser bomb thingy...we have the technology!
We're gonna stop by the Shaitan to see if we can get them there. Are Metal-clad templates things that only the undead have or is that something we are capable of making in the forge?
But Metal-Clad is in fact not restricted to undead. We've seen Silver-Clad among Mammon's devils.
Yep, just need names. Unfortunately we can summon a specific type of devil freely but can't specify that we want Mammon devils. Can we summon them? Eh in any case we may as well look for the metal clads in the Plane of earth anyway along with the Cthonic creature template.

If we really have to make some form of undead plague(I don't think we do) then we should just use non-neutered Fungal creatures, they're easier to contain, as the moment they can't see protective victims, they just begin sleeping/meditating, and as plant creatures, the old gods can probably do a good job detecting and commanding them.I'm opposed to creating Undead which can self-perpetuate any flavor of zombie apocalypse.
Didn't the Lyseni Lich have a mummy minion? Would Qyburn like access to the skull and notes for research purposes?@egoo, the undead we got make for pretty poor guards alone, as we lack the research to make them intelligent yet. Otherwise there would be a bunch of guard-mummies already.
Still needs to do the research though.Didn't the Lyseni Lich have a mummy minion? Would Qyburn like access to the skull and notes for research purposes?
Well, I still assume that Black Knights and Champions are going to give any intruders at least pause if triggered, spitter swarms will give Legion Training Centres some on-trigger fire support if buried underground, and those plant-imbued shadow cats of yours seem pretty good for tripping an alarm for such, what with being immune to mind-effects and stealthy..?@egoo, the undead we got make for pretty poor guards alone, as we lack the research to make them intelligent yet. Boy, the Champions will do a lot worse then just giving someone pause. And yeah. Using the shadow-cats to direct them sounds like a good idea.Well, I still assume that Black Knights and Champions are going to give any intruders at least pause if triggered, spitter swarms will give Legion Training Centres some on-trigger fire support if buried underground, and those plant-imbued shadow cats of yours seem pretty good for tripping an alarm for such, what with being immune to mind-effects and stealthy..?
...Those cats are generally pretty good alarm-trippers for any installation, imo.
...@egoo, @Goldfish, how about this as a simple, self-contained guard unit?
1x Plant-Imbued Shadow-Creature Cat - 900 IM
20x Spitter - 600 IM
1x Black Knight - 490 IM
The cat does most of the actual guarding while the Knight patrols a bit and the Spitters are hidden in unobtrusive locations. If anything weird happens, the cat can sick the Black Knight at the intruder to keep them occupied while the Spitters sink salvo after salvo of elemental hurt into them.
Nothing that could stop a dedicated assault, but they could delay for a bit and they would definitely cause more then enough of a ruckus to alert everyone within a klick to something happening.
Why? And what notes?
Well, just as an example of what I linked up for Legion Training Centres (Stepstone centers aside):

Hm... if you want a force that can repel a sizeable attack on its own, you should include at least one caster.Well, just as an example of what I linked up for Legion Training Centres (Stepstone centers aside):

Imma think some stuff over...
