"Then I guess I'm even luckier than you," Jeyne interjects weaving one hand though the aid leaving a trail of translucent astral matter that flows together into the unlikely form of a large winged cat. "All my changes are in my head, so I would make the perfect spy, the perfect infiltrator, not even knowing what I was until the time came to use me."
What?
Shaper?
I though she is kineticist?

I mean it's on her list of powers known... I think it must have slipped in during retraining and I did not notice it. Well I'm not going to make you guys pay for my lack of attentiveness, it can be grandfathered in
She learned it via a feat, which specifically allows the Psion to learn powers from other power lists, including restricted Disciplines.

[X] If Henrik wishes to learn and Jeyne is willing to try to teach him, we would encourage the attempt.
-[X] If Jeyne's type of psionic power proves incompatible with Henrik's, or her experience too limited to teach him, we can also introduce him to the Githzerai, once it is no longer of critical importance that our dealings with them remain secret.

Qyburn: "...nothing in this recipe seems to resemble pudding, yet the end product is exactly what I was expecting. How?"

Elaheh, jazz hands: "MAGIC!"

"All ill to blessings turn?" He asks bitterly, paraphrasing the Seven Pointed Star perhaps. Rising to his feet with surprising speed he steps into the light, a second pair of nictitating eyelids flashing over his eyes to leave them glowing with a milky white light. "Talk to me of the good the Deep Ones did will you? It's all blood, red, black, or brine, they all scream the same. It's all, all I'm good for, because I'm 'lucky' enough to hide it, I get to be the one holding the sword..."
If he doesn't like his new features we can probably offer to reverse them. It wouldn't be the hardest thing to grow new eyes.

I think he decided to keep them because they're really good. Detect Psionics at will, See Invisibility, and +5 to Spot Aberrations are quite nice.
