Missy badly needs a proper relaxing vacation after her first one was ruined by Mastering, AND more practice being a 'normal girl', why not checking out a major city on a low-cape world where even her new mutations won't catch too many stares. Bonus if Kayleigh helps her with a makeover to match her new hair or otherwise.
Kayleigh has already gotten a lesson plan from Perfect Storm, lets tie a bow in that by taking her to the homeland AND showing off how we can teleport her to all the fashion capitals of the world with built in translation devices. She can test out her new Storage device even!
Laura isn't sure on leaving Winter Hill for us, lets remind her of the bullshit teleportation to emphasize their doom and her ability to cleanly cut ties at a whim. Also seeing how happy and excited and powerful Missy and Kayleigh are with all we have to offer. Maybe Miss Blue-Hair will even be interested in Missy's new calico look and ask who did her dye-job ?

Considering we can do it as a social activity it isn't even vaguely dipping into our 'deal with the Fallen' timeslots. I could be convinced on Burn the Sinners over Bone of the Father, but I don't view it as a priority. The Fallen have been around for a while now, so it's less likely something significant will change with them than with maybe!Theo and the maybe!Empire. Plus, who doesn't love punching Nazis!

I'm solid on those three, but I was torn between talking with Legend to help form our Magical Girl squad or taking our existing Girl Squad to Japan for fun but I'm going to go with Social Legend to clear the air so we can poach Standstill sooner rather than later. Plus it gives time for Tim to complete Kayleigh's Device and for Missy's mutation to settle. (This of course means that two out of the four of us will be able to understand Japanese, so if we 'have to' split up the pairings are obvious )

This one I'm very torn about... On the one hand, CATGIRLS, on the other hand, she's like... 13? On the gripping hand, that just makes her more adorable while kicking ass... I'm going to go with 'yes' and see where it takes us.

[X] Social with Legend (and Standstill when applicable) about Standstill's situation. How she's being treated by others in the Protectorate is not good and the situation is untenable. An alternative to the current plan is Calamity Witch changing Standstill's power and Standstill being assigned as a 'liaison officer' or Protectorate Liaison to Calamity Witch and co. She'd effectively leave the Protectorate but as far as the Protectorate/PRT is concerned she's on detached duty. Which provides Standstill cover from accusation of turning coat again or running off.

Its sorta implied in the talky bit above, but basically i figured the social would come after the quests, which would give a few days for laura to decide and missy's core to stabilize. So one event to find out what our friends have decided and to get that ball rolling on mage-ifying our friends if they decide to join us, and one vote to spend time with missy teaching her magic and getting some practice in.
Missy especially, just went through something traumatic, dosed herself with a powerful mutagen and gave up her powers after our vacation went horribly wrong... even though bad ends were avoided, i still feel like we should take some time to try to engender a wonder for magic in her, assure her that her choices werent merely the best in a bad situation but good for her on the whole. Magic, even just 'kids stuff' instead of busters, is pretty neato and i think taking some time to experiment with her (no not like that) new magic will help her get into a good headspace and pay dividends on later social votes with her.
God knows Taylor could do with being reminded that magic is good for more than practical applications too.
Beyond that i leave it up to you.
