Do not let the body go, it could well decide to try and complete the mission on its own and this all will be for nothing.
 
Keep in mind that we're on a timer, y'all. There is an ash storm coming in about half an hour that was going to kill dozens of Azer slaves and prompt many of them to commit suicide. That isn't going to be a common ash storm. Probably infested with spirits or other bad shit.

We need to be gone by then with whatever slaves, loot, and ships we can manage.
 
@Goldfish, DP OK'd using AMF + melee to snap open the bindings. We can do that while the ships are leaving the area (and we can get Yrten and Richard to help do the actual snapping), so it's not a problem.
It also saves us an awful lot of spell slots!

I want to come back after we're sure the coast is clear. As long as whatever the Efreeti are looking for is still available to be looted we'll be vulnerable.

That seems iffy to me. The slaves will die if they surrender, but standing around in an orderly que waiting to be freed from slavery seems an awful lot like surrendering to me.
 
Guys, the fiend had to use a scroll to escape, chances are it's like right outside, at least pass the word that a priority target is on the run.

I would greatly prefer you simply murder the slaves, rather than leave dozens of creatures of questionable loyalty to the brazen throne alone in Valyria. Ash storm or no Ash storm.
 
Chances are that if it is still in Valyria then it will probably be caught in the storm. We should however look into divining the body of the apprentice through his soul and Yss's staff. That way we can keep an eye on him. Also to spy on the Efreeti if he did run back to his master.
