That is fair if it's just your Erinyes, I thought @Artemis1992 and @Goldfish meant it more generally.
Oh, sorry. I was definitely talking about our Erinyes, not all of them in general.

Speaking of Erinyes, the most recent I ones we convinced to join us are not shown on the Outsiders tab along with the others. In total, counting Mereth, Leto, and Sarell, there should be 38 Erinyes, though right now only Mereth and Sarell have unique character sheets.
 
I suggested Plane Shift because it's one of the SLAs Brachinas have, which would kinda got because they are supposed to be a direct upgrade from the Erinyes chassis, right?

What about something a bit more thematically fitting for our Erinyes, such as 3/Day Voice of the Dragon? Not super useful in combat, but a nice upgrade nonetheless.

Or if we want to focus more on combat, 3/Day Bane Boe would be neat.

Hmm... I kind of like bane bow more. VoD would push Leto into being more of a diplomat and that does not really fit her character.
 
That class progression is kinda wonky for some reason, though you do end up with a standard Erinyes by the time you reach 9 HD.

Keeping something in line with that progression would generally be superior to ever having them take regular class levels.

They should probably stop accruing such huge attribute bonuses. Maybe get another +2 Natural Armor, an extra facet to the DR (such as Silver or Adamantine) or improved flight speed/maneuverability, and a new or improved SLA (such as 1/Day Plane Shift).
I would consider letting their RHD count as Fighter levels for the purpose of some feats eventually.

They are all warriors in an eternal war and have more fighting experience than any mortal, why couldn't they choose Weapon Specialisation or Ranged Weapon Mastery as feats?

On the subject of Erinyes, we're crafting a new item for them this month which @egoo found. It'll take a couple months to craft one for all of them, though.

Silver Nocking Points are neat, cheap, and very useful, if only in a few situations. Since they're flying archers, windy conditions could easily impact the accuracy of their arrows, so lessening their impact is nice. The biggest advantage, however, is the ability to shoot through Wind Walls and Fickle Winds effects, which would normally render their arrows completely ineffectual. They also lessen the penalty to shoot through a Cloak of Winds effect from -4 to -2.

They'll each need their own Valyrian Steel Thinblade as well.

On a different note, @DragonParadox, around how costly would it be to make more items of Immunity to Holy Word?

Pretty expensive, at least using the methods available to us.

Holy Word is a 7th level spell, which would require an 8th level Greater Spell Immunity spell to counteract. At 15th caster level, the minimum for Greater Spell Immunity, you could block three spells.

A 1/Day Greater Spell Immunity item, which would function for 150 minutes and block three spells, would cost 4,320 IM. To put that into perspective, that's almost as expensive as the total cost for all the other gear assigned to each of our Erinyes.

Special: This advancement can only be taken by an Advanced Erinyes. A regular Erinyes with 9HD can save up her next two virtual "level-ups" to buy the Advanced template before entering this progression.

Class Features

Eternal War (Ex):

The Erinyes can treat her RHD as Fighter levels for fullfilling the requirements of feats.

Improved DR (Su):
The Erinyes natural DR changes to 5/Good and Silver.

Mindsight (Ex):
The ever vigilant Erinyes gains the feat Mindsight as bonus feat,

Bane Bow (Sp):
The Erinyes can use Bane Bow as a SLA once per day. However lacking Favored Enemies she can instead make her bow a Bane Weapon against Outsiders with the Chaotic or Good Subtype only.
