That was my point, yes. I expect him to come first or second, and so I was thinking of scrolls to give him.

I really do hope he wins. He'd be a very good choice to give lands to near Valyria, after all. Strong, motivated to do research, and a crafter who can thus ward the place?
Perfect.

What gear does he already have? As an Enchanter, I would expect him to have some decent gear.

Our basic Wizard gear is pretty good, but if there's anything he doesn't want or need, we could keep those items and just make it up to him in an equivalent amount of currency.

He would have told Malarys when asked about his other equipment so here's the list:

Ring of Protection from Chaos (+1 CHA), Circlet of Clear Thoughts (+3 INT), Cloak of Resistance +3, Boots of Rapid Translocation (+1 DEX), Schir-Glass

Schir-Glass:

A Monocle from two layers of glass, with the retina of an advanced Schir held between them.

It gives the wearer constant Darkvision 60ft and allows him to activate See Invisibility (CL 6) for up to 10 minutes a day as a swift action.

He failed his checks to hear the hipogriffs so did not think to activate the See invisibility function of his monocle (since that does cost a standard action).

If it's activated as a Swift Action, he still could have used it, not that it would have done any good if Mia summoned them outside his line of sight. Then again, she didn't turn Invisible so he probably didn't see any reason to activate the monocle. Summoning Invisible monsters isn't exactly a common tactic.

@Artemis1992 It looks like Aemon won't need the Circlet of Clarity (+2 Intelligence), Ring of Protection from Evil (unless he wants to be more thoroughly warded?), or the Anklets of Translocation. That totals up to 940 IM in enchanted gear. Is there anything he would rather replace that with?

I'm not really the expert for magic items.
The level 10 version of him had a unique Staff, crafted with his class's capstone, but it's too early for that.

Honestly he'd propably prefer to use the money for Scrolls and then improve his gear further himself.

What spells does he know?

Suggestion: +1 Mithralmist Twilight Chain Shirt
7/day, obscuring list on self as a free action but you can see through it. Amazing!
Also +5 AC and no ACF, which is nice too.

Wait, no! What we absolutely should give him is a Shadow Cloak (5500gp, DoTU). Incredible magic item that every mage should have somehow.
Make it a robe or a pair of boots (fits the theme) and he will be overjoyed! Far, far better than any mere scroll

@Goldfish, your thoughts on a Metamagic Rod of Quicken for Anya?
That it would cost 3500 IM, this being worth almost all the rest of her gear combined.

We could make her a Circlet of Rapid Casting for just 1500 IM. Still pricey, but much more reasonable, if not quite as effective as the rod. It would have to wait until after next month, though.

I didn't specify it, only the general direction of "learned from valyrian/dragon-blooded Sorcerers in Volantis", so a bent towards Fire and nothing that would be weird for a valyrian to have.

Only things definitive are the spells he used for Crafting his items shown.

Basically up to DP?
An Amulet of Tears upgraded with the Periapt of the Sullen Sea effect would cost 715 IM and a pair of Gloves of the Starry Sky upgraded with the Dispelling Cords effect would cost 260 IM.

That would let him cast Light at will, use Magic Missile and Freedom of Movement spells without preparing them like a Runestaff, increase his Dispelling checks by +2 up to 5/Day, and gain Temp HP in a fight or other emergency. Having two pieces of the Raiment of the Four would also give him constant Cold Resistance 5.

EDIT: And he could hold his breath for up to 12 hours.

Aemon's Hermetia's relative, right? So is his warmage? twin?

Anyway, contesting vote! Ordinary people represent!

Okay, it looks like Moonsong is missing a 2nd level spell and two feats, so we'll need to add those with this level up. For an infamous Fey seafarer, her skills as a sailor are...non-existent. Gonna fix that and just assume it's always been that way, or at least for a long while.
Any thematically suitable prestige class she could get?
Nothing comes to mind, but I'm open to suggestions.

So has dp ever clarified what happens when viserys reaches level 20? Are epic levels a thing?

Also I'm tired going to bed. The fight was awesome lets recruit the fuck out of this guy. Our side has dragons which automatically means we are the best side ignore tiamat she's a bitch.
