As for Mythic Doom, as it's a fusion of Flesh to Stone and Blizzard, I would suggest to give the benefits of Mythic Flesh to Stone, up the damage from d6 to d10 like Fireball and increase temperature band from 3 to 5.
Augmented Spells – d20PFSRD

Optionally augmented by an additional Mythic Power Point to double the range

@DragonParadox, would you mind telling us how Mythic is calculated for Day of Blood?

Special: The value of the sacrifice is modified by the following factors:
  • Low Intelligence (Int 3 to 6): -50%
  • Native Outsider: +25%
  • Fey: +30%
  • True Outsider (Called): +35%
  • Aberration: +35%
  • Undead: +40%
  • Cold Subtype: +50%
  • Creature Capable of casting spells (not SLAs): +25%
  • Willing Sacrifice (no magical compulsions): +100%

This plan removes one of Viserys' last major weaknesses, allows Lya to continue to be an amazing crafter, and gives her a wide range of magic options regardless of what spells she may have prepared.

Arcane Surge let's her cast any prepared Arcane spell she has prepared as if it were Quickened, along with some other nifty effects, while Inspired Spell let's her cast any Divine spell she is high enough level to prepare. To me, one represents her mastery of her own Arcane power and the other her ability to spontaneously harvest Divine power from the cosmos.

[X] Viserys Mythic Tier Upgrade
-[X] Attribute Increase: +2 Charisma
-[X] Mythic Ability: Competent Caster
-[X] Mythic Spell: Mythic Shadow of the Doom

[X] Lya Mythic Transition - Pending @Snowfire-Grade Fluffification.
-[X] Mythic Arcana: Wild Arcana
-[X] Mythic Feat: Dual Path
--[X] Heirophant Inspired Spell
-[X] Mythic Ability: Crafting Mastery

My suggestion would be to count a rank as... say 2 HD, subject to bonuses.

A Cold Undead Mythic Rank should count for more then a generic muggle one.

I'm nearly positive DP gave the Red Dragon stuck in the Orb of Dragonkind a Mythic Rank, so we'll need to figure out how Yss interacts with Mythic sacrifices as well.

@Goldfish, why Arcane Surge? I would be willing to compromise on Viserys, but this is... ugh...

To be honest I like Snowfire's one for Lya but I prefer Competent Casting over Elemental Bond, seeing as how I can see the validity in Goldfish's claim that concentration interrupt is possible with the numbers presented, even taking into account action opportunities to counter, whereas Fire Mastery only let's us breach caps on spells up to 1/2 our Charisma Bonus.

For spells that don't have a cap (limited and high level) like SotD this matters a little less but the four extra dice don't mean that much in practical terms, and for all spells with a cap we can already meet the cap-breach limit with caster level boosting buffs.

Edit: With that said in the long term I'm content with Elemental Bond. It gets better in later tiers and it's still more firepower.

I was just going to have each mythic rank count as +10% but @Azel's suggestion is cleaner to implement while giving you the same benefit in this case. So +2 HD/per mythic rank it is.

Reposting for campaigning:
[X] Visers Mythic Tier 2
-[X] Ability: Elemental Bond
-[X] Attribute: +2 CHA
-[X] Mythic Spell: Shadow of the Doom

[X] Lya Mythic Tier 1
-[X] Path: Sage (WIP)
-[X] Arcana: Wild Arcana
-[X] Feat: Twin Paths Hierophant
--[X] Inspired Spell
-[X] Ability: Crafting Mastery
-[X] Vote to be amended as @Snowfirefinishes the details.

My plan gets Viserys:
- a CL buff on Fire spells that stacks with all others and rises with Tier
- said buff is appropriate to get now instead of later, since it neatly leads to Viserys next tier and the Fire Domain

My plan gets Lya:
- the ability to spontaneously cast Arcane and Divine spells from Mythic power as an expansion to abilities gained from her feats and Sage levels
- vastly improved crafting that will hopefully impact time spent on Runecrafting too

Look at the vote. You are compromising with a minority opinion. Without you, that position would have one vote. Talon is just extremely vocal about this.

And it's really strange to have such a massive divide between her Arcane and Divine spells.
I'll change it to Wild Arcana for now.

Sorry, @TalonofAnathrax, but I'm trying to get as many voters as possible to prevent us from selecting Elemental Bond for Viserys.
