There's been some discussion of longer term research plans, so I thought I'd throw my hat in the ring:
Plan Method Acting
The goal of this plan is to put Administrator into a position where we can begin researching odd and abberant things as quickly and safely as possible. As such, it focuses on finishing Administrative Archeology and Stranger Danger ASAP, while also advancing further down the Economy tree and acquiring the Memetic Defenses that we need to do Administrative Archeology safely.
Administrative Archeology is an incredibly potent source of future research plans, and will also give us a ton of insight into other powerful Core Shards, and into Zion himself. Additionally, finishing it will make us far more able to play the role of QA, which will be critical for any long term subversion/infiltration plans.

With Basic Dimensional Theory, Administrative Archeology, and Shadows on the Wall, Administrator should have an excellent idea of the true situation they're in, and will be able to make far more informed plans on how to proceed.
With Administrative Archeology, Stranger Danger, and some Basic Psionics, they should be in a much, much better position to cover up any of their Abberant behaviour from both other shards and Zion.
With the full Research suite, Administrator will be able to acquire any future skills of interest further down the skill trees far more rapidly.
And with Multi-Host Connection, Stabilize Trigger, and Assume Direct Control, they'll be in a significantly better position when it comes to controlling the various human pieces on the chessboard, including Taylor.
All of this can be done in about 5 Weeks, leaving around 3 free weeks before canon starts to adjust our plans and pick up anything particularly important still gated behind the current set of unlocks.
