Sry, just want to ask what ranges there really are and what they really mean.
I can´t seem to find that information?
 
I wonder if those distances will increases as the average speed of cultivators raises.
Very Close: ~40 meters only makes sense when you only need a step or two to cross that distance, which i believe is the case right now, but soon(ish) it'll be 100m that's crosses in a step or two...

Well, spending time with Zeqing and Hanyi was equal parts adorable and ominous.

The little hints and bits of lore coming out with CDE is pretty interesting. Ling Qi is starting to embrace that New Moon curiosity and wants to learn new things.

Ling Qi did so, sinking into the comfortable chair which sat across from Cai Renxiang's desk. It was in a very real way, her chair, she knew. Ling Qi appreciated the gesture, given the rather less comfortable seats swapped in for less personal guests.

It's nice seeing Cai be a good boss and giving her minion a comfy chair to sit in.

Hmm, regarding Joyous Toast, there's something I'm curious about...

Does this mean that if our opponent has any music, dance, or art tech, they could usurp our Joyous Toast? 'Those affected' seem to be 'user, allies, and foes', so it seems like if a foe realises what's happening, they could try to activate their own music/dance/whatever art and thus usurp Joyous Toast's buff.

It says 'roaring encouragement for the user and their allies' so presumably those are the people affected by the technique.

Right, but they're also 'jeering at foes', and getting jeered at can provoke someone to new heights just as much as getting encouraged can. The energy of an audience tends to boost all the actors on a stage after all, regardless of if they're playing heroes or villains.

I really don't think that's the intended meaning
 
I'd imagine someone caught in the revel and trying to use the boost from Joyous Toast would have a negative reaction rather than a buff. Probably a loss of one rank's worth of effectiveness.

Probably caps out, since not everyone is going to find further speed boosting relevant to their cultivation
