[X] Keep Ziz on a short leash
-[X] Make it VERY clear that her choices are to stay in the box indefinitely while we work out how to deal with her, be honest with us while closely watched, or utter destruction. The consequences of even a small misstep need to be clear.
--[X]It might help to point out that, as humans, she knows very well how easily we could panic. Don't give us reason to panic, Cassiel.
"Quiet. I am thinking. I have never considered how one might reverse my conditioning." Her wings shift around as the seconds pass, and you have to wonder if this might be the truest display of emotion she has. Those wings pull back and open slightly just before she raises her head to look at you. "Lysergic acid diethylamide."
LSD effectively causes the brain to reset, making it, for a long time, the only drug known to man that could stop a migraine. I have a friend with the cluster migraines, also known as suicide headaches. He managed to survive his teen years through low doses of LSD. Now, micro dosing* shows potential for long term cures of a number of mental disorders. I like this answer very much.
*Well below the dosage needed to cause hallucinations. There's a lot of promise to this treatment, though I concede that there have been a great many promising treatments that failed to deliver.
Without canon, fanon works just fine. However, in canon, Tattletale worked out that his actual vulnerability was deep in his chest, just below his shoulder joints. Then she got smashed and nearly killed by Leviathan, so she didn't get much time to refine what she was seeing, and her power has been wrong often enough.
My canon knowledge is pretty fuzzy, but I would've thought Dragon (with all she does to maintain the PRT/Birdcage/etc systems) would be aware of Cauldron, or at least Alexandria/Costa-Brown's greater spooksy knowledge as her contact point.
In canon, Dragon knows about Cauldron. How much she knows is never said, but she told Defiant that she needed to talk to him about Cauldron when he discovered that Dragon had had a trigger event.
[X] Keep Ziz on a short leash
I'm really happy that we spent so much time freeing her.
Tho if she figures us out and models us correctly, she'll probably get bored again...
Unless we manage to bring more chaos and curious elements into the system.
Actually, getting access to the wider universe, that would peak her curiosity. I'm sure. All those different civilizations...
Movies, books, and video games. She has many options for entertainment now that she didn't have before, not to mention that being in a unison device means that she now has human-ish emotions. I suspect the change is as fundamental as you would experience if I took your mind and stuck it in a dog's body.
