[X] Give the champion *mercy*. Sparks is going to delete him anyway, and without any limbs there's no way he could survive in any case. Finish him quickly and as Painlessly as you can.

He showed remorse we might as well end him as painlessly as we can

No need to be cruel. Just kill him and load him clean.

So, for those of you talking about going all Vlad Tepes on this guy... he's not worth it. He's a mook, and all he actually cared about was the mines. How was he supposed to know that whoever his superiors sent would decide to raze the entire village? On top of that, it starts us on a very slippery slop of justifications for lashing out at anyone that wrongs us.

And finally... he actually shows both remorse, and care for another mon. So let's just kill him clean and painless, and load his data.

Mercy... I can see that he doesn't deserve it but also he doesn't deserve the wrath of Verge. He doesn't deserve anything and we will take everything that made him by loading him.

That is enough he doesn't worth anything more.

I will say, that if people don't like my write-in addition, just don't use it. I simply felt that Sparks might have needed a slight reality check of how close we were coming to acting like Repulsa.

He doesn't deserve a gruesome death, he deserves death just not a gruesome one.

He did tell his superiors, but what else was he suppose to do when working for something as vicious the Gloming other than follow ordors and do as he should?

Alright I'll discuss what I think the votes are about.

[] Delete Fugamon and Load his data with Sparks. He deserves nothing less for what he's done. His power will grant you new strength and bring you one step closer to your goal

This is the brutal option, where we brutalize him as we are deleting him, the only consequences to doing this is that Verge will lean more to Wrath than if we took to the other option.

This one is the one where Verge just performs a clean kill as an act of mercy, only consequence is that Verge may tip his personality to be more kind.

Overall there are no differences because we will load Fugamon either way, so the only thing that matters is if you prefer Wrath or Mercy.

This basically stab/shot the digicore that is basically doing the same thing to the heart of a person.
Uh Blue, the digicore isn't just a heart it's their soul. It's the thing that keeps digimon reincarnating. If ya break that then you perma kill a digimon and erase any possible digimon that would be born from the core.

I think you're reading into it a bit too much, given we saw Agnimon's Digicore fade away in front of our eyes. The Digicore, the "brains" and the "guts" are the three vital points on a Digimon that can lead to death if they're damaged enough. So Blue is actually right, the Digicore is analogous to the heart here.

To note something, both options will load him.

Well... that addresses my concerns regarding the mercy option so...

Now, this was an... emotional charged update.

Like, my god ANOTHER evolution. 3 for friggin 3. I know I told Alectai that things could turn around fast in digimon but this is ridiculous!!!

On another note... I can't help but think that Fugamon's... shall we say family resemblance to Ogremon is playing a part in Sparks's decision making process here. Especially since Sparks froze up when Ogremon made his latest appearance...

As for Fugamon...

*deep breath*

So, I have had a beef with this guy for awhile. Ever since he started freaking out at Verge
because, get this, we wouldn't leave him alone.

:jackiechan:

Dude, your first interaction with us was attacking, you prevented Verge from running away so you could smack him around some more, and delivered an ultimatum.
And you have the gal to be mad when folks fight back?!

Not once did you try, oh I don't know, talking to us about it?! I mean, Gramps went on the warpath because ya kept beating up his kids, not because he wanted the shiny stuff in the mines.

Same with the "I didn't know what they were gonna do" spiel. Way back when we heard him talking to his flunkies and being very nervous about the guys he has working for. So he knew enough back then to know he was setting the village up for a bad time by reporting it to his bosses. And I get it, he had no choice, it was them or us, yadda yadda yadda. My point is, if that's the situation, don't try and weasel out of if by saying you didn't know what they were gonna do.

*deep breath*

So yeah, I was totally up for putting the hurt on this dude. But, since we get to load him either way might as well not be a dick.

For a change in topic, now that Sparks is a Champion...

I finally get to post this!

Well, the thing with Evil is they like to play with their prey. Draw it out.
Gives them time for a reversal.

The thing with Good is that once they decide you need to go, they will just kill you quick and clean. Its getting to that point which is hard.

So pretty much this?

@drexal15

A question if you don't mind in regards to Sparks evolution

How come Sparks arm wasn't healed when he evolved?

After all it was just a normal injury that he received from Musyamon's sword during their fight

Might be an unusual digivolution

Spark`s speech patterns and behavior changed kinda too much for a digivolution

Hangover from his previous life? The reason why Scratch picked him up despite being a cripple?
