Pollution calculation on this is very wrong. Comes out to 3(10), not 3(4).
 
Would a DO to Behryvar or Kielmyr, or even the Ochruhr to see about hashing out a backroom deal be too much to ask for? Instead at best I'm seeing a purely reactive attitude.

We always preferred to do too much diplomacy and not enough internal development.

I will suggest that y'all start paying down the Bonds starting from next turn though.
That way you have room to take out extra bonds in extremis.
Probably shouldn't go above half your permanent IC unless you're at war or in crisis.
 
Honestly, defaulting on a bunch of bonds may get the Sketch off our back a bit. -5 prestiege per bond defaulted on. We would need to burn something like 6 bonds to give them back SP status.

-6 trust.

So if we can get to trust 16 we can have that as an option that wouldn't hurt TOO badly.

Please note that both Green Industry! Mark II and Plan Furnaces, Day and Night drops us to 3 happiness, and makes it very difficult for the royalist party to slot in a rearm come the parliamentary phase.

I recommend Plan Furnaces, Day and Night with happiness, which leaves us on 6 happiness, with a bounty of both Temp IC and Army for parliament to work with.
