Because if she won't or if we can manage to give her high Int (for spells and skills) and Cha (for social skills) and Wis we can give her Arcane Disciple a few times to give her some versatility and useful Cleric spells. Destiny, Inquisition, Renewal... There are many good Domains for a Beguiler, but she'd need Wis 10+spell level to cast them and they'd have rather low DCs.

She started off as a pure NPC, Expert 4 or something along those lines. Then being kidnapped and being murdered, then being brought back, all qualified as sufficient trauma for PC classes at least. I think she might end up needing more trauma to breech PC levels, but I'm not sure. @DragonParadox? It'd be great if she's actually capable of PC levels already.

How about giving her Sleight of Hand instead of Concentration so she can get the Conceal Spellcasting Skill trick? It's probably better for a social-focused character: it doesn't work in grapples like Concentration, but it lets you cast defensively and without anyone noticing.

Discount rogue she can be paired with Shara Rogare for that. Money is taken care of, she'll be given 500 IM just for bribes and whatever else she thinks she'll need. Admins, I'm assuming she has that in hand.
 
Hermetia is independently wealthy, and she has obviously commissioned minor magic items. It would make perfect sense if she already has +2 Int and +2 Con items to go with her Detect Poison ring and PfE Amulet. Did we make her a Healing Belt, @Duesal?

We need to get her some Mithral armor, too.

500 sounds like nothing, why not 2000? Good point on Shara, she should net us a bigger info network in time as well. She could maybe even apprentice with Garin in the future, be what Nymeria was to be.

Nymeria could have ruled Lys, (or some other city) if she'd had the patience and loyalty. I'd love to see her face the day she realizes that.

@Azel should we ask that she at least look into Goblin Town and it's various magic users if not gain influence over them if only to learn about the main magical powers in Lys?
 
@bigbow I think our lavish spending has sort of distorted your view of how much gold will get you.

Our monthly budget for a reliable spy network is 100 IM.

500 will handle expenses for... a while. Depending on how industrious she is. At least a month though.
