Malarys doesn't currently have Stifle Spell prepared. Made a few other changes, too, including Lya casting Celerity and another Manyjaws and Viserys Blood Wishing a Chains of Light at the Cleric with Celerity.

[X] Revised Artemis1992 Plan
-[X] Viserys: Quickened Ancestral Awakening for Transdimensional Spell, then Searing, Agonizing, Transdimensional Firebrand on everything in the room. Then cast Celerity in order to use Blood Wish to target the Cleric with Chains of Light.
-[X] Dany uses her Sign buff to gain a +4 bonus on her Initiative, then casts a Reached, Chained Heal on all the Undead.
-[X] Richard: Go straight for the Cleric, full charge and attack, unless Viserys' Chains of Light gets him, then attack Undead
-[X] Lya: Manyjaws on all targets. Then cast Celerity and another Manyjaws.
-[X] Vee: Pronouncment of Fate on the Cleric and Alter Fortune for Viserys' Chains of Light
-[X] Maelor uses Nerveskitter on Viserys, then Voracious Dispelling on the Cleric, only if he acts before Vee and Viserys, otherwise Eldritch Blast some Undead
-[X] Malarys uses his Sign buff to gain a +4 bonus on his Initiative, then readies an action to use Greater Dispel Magic to counterspell anything the Cleric attempts to cast.
-[X] Waymar moves to protect Viserys and Lya from the aftereffects of using Celerity.
-[X] Garin uses his Shadow Jump and Shadow Pounce abilities to attack the Cleric once Viserys casts Firebrand.
-[X] Aradia attacks any guards she sees attempting to enter the manse from outside.

-[X] Viserys: Quickened Ancestral Awakening for Transdimensional Spell, then Searing, Agonizing, Transdimensional Firebrand on everything in the room, celerity, BP on cleric
-[X] Dany: Reached, Chained Heal on all the undead except the fake one, alter fortune on BP/bottle
-[X] Richard: Go straight for the Cleric, full charge and attack, unless it's bp'd/bottled gets him, then attack Undead
-[X] Lya: Dispel area, then celerity and bottle the cleric
-[X] Vee: Pronouncement of Fate on the Cleric and Alter Fortune for BP/bottle
-[X] Malarys: Stifle Spell if the Cleric casts anything, Greater Command to stop (or something sensible) on him with Standard Action
-[X] Garin and Waymar attack as they see best (possibly dispelling touch channeled through his blade on the cleric, possibly garin's Voice of Shadow if the cleric isn't locked down)
-[X] Maelor casts nerveskitter on himself and casts Voracious dispelling on the room (I don't think he'd be able to tell which shadow is the cleric btw). Aradia fires off an arrow or two for the fun of it at something

Plan revised a bit. What do ya'll think?

That's 2d4 force damage on all targets.

Right, got the Player's Guide to Faerûn version.

2d6 per round, for up to 3 rounds, in addition to all the damage Viserys and Dany are about to inflict.

It's also the only spell Lya currently has that is guaranteed incorporeal Undead.

EDIT: She has Orb of Force, which is great, but single target and requires a Ranged Attack Roll. Admittedly, she would probably hit, given how buffed she is, but this way she can hit everything.

BTW do you guys mind is in large engagements like this I just have the enemies roll initiative by type, instead of rolling initiative for eight distinct enemies. It makes play a lot easier to roll for and I think also makes the resulting narrative more coherent.

Makes sense.

That said, given how buffed everyone is, and that Viserys will have Maelor's Nerveskitter boosting him by another +6, along with Dany and Malarys' +4 from their Sign spells, I will be a sad Aberrant ocean dwelling spiderfish if we don't win the initiative roll.
