Wait have we actually considered just making the spears for our Legions elite instead of us? I mean nobody said that all the sacrifices for the spear had to be done close together.

Plus wouldn't it be more thematic to have the spears be something like a Captains weapon that they use throughout their career hunting enemies only to strike it into the ground of their Homeland when they retire to have it Burst into a tree enriched by his service and sacrifices ( both of himself and his enemies) to his people.

Basically make a couple dozen sacrificial spears as sort of long term investments, the captains use them throughout their career until retirement or until it's "full" and then just plop it where they want a Heart tree. Because these spears sound like the kind of stuff that Tribal chiefs used and would plop down where they would make their tribes home.

You know thinking about it that really fits with Winterfell. Who knows maybe a couple thousand years ago Bran the Builder shanked an Other only for his spear to pop into a tree and then he decided that it would be a good place for a Keep. Hell Heart Trees make a lot more sense that way don't they? We could make that part of our Legions retirement plan.

Skull Ripper – d20PFSRD
This one is cheaper than the Glass one and physically better. Not optimized against casters, but it should kill most in its CR-area or below rather quickly.
Skeleton, Lead – d20PFSRD
This one is more expensive, but also tougher and immune to many forms of damage.


Also, if we ever have incredible amounts of money to waste: Golem, Brass – d20PFSRD
Insult the City of Brass and get a powerful guardian in one step.

Eh. Viserys doesn't need it all that much and Rhaella won't see any use of it unless we fuck up tremendously. At least Danny will be better at fucking up bitch-queen's minions with it.
 
We can have our own anti-dragon weapon, if we give it to Dany? That's really amusing, though probably the smallest utility of the three. I'm really excited to see what that ??? is.

I think I like this more than the other two abilities, and I have an irrational attachment to Viserys mundane steel sword.
And Dany's actions are generally, imo better spent on buffing, debuffing, dispelling or SoS/sod than direct damage.



Dany is not defined by her opposition to Tiamat.

Edit: hopefully this will push her into pc-hood so we can get her crafting shit and uh... doing stuff

That's beauty of being a Cleric.

Dany can adjust her loadout to Divine Power and Rightous Might and suddenly the utility of a monster-slaying sword is pretty great.

Especially with a melee boosting template like HD or HC.
 
Of looting manses: we now have Limited Wish. We can do:
- Bite of the Weretiger for +12 STR.
- Righteous Might for +4 STR and size increase.
- Draconic Polymorph into a Sun Giant to give him an untyped +8 STR.
- Muleback Cords for +8 STR for carrying capacity. 100 IM.
- Ant Haul for triple carrying capacity. An item of Ant Haul costs 200 IM.
- Burdenless "armour" for flat +50% carrying capacity. 400 IM.

So now we are at Gargantuan size with an effective 68 Strenght for carrying capacity. Factor in Ant Haul and Burdenless and we arrive at... Five thousand metric tons. Five million kg.

If we either count as quadrupled, which should easily be inside Limited Wish's power, or add a Belt of the Wide Earth, we go up to 7.5 thousand tons. With both, up to 10 thousand tons.

If we can manage Psychic Expansion instead of Righteous Might, double everything.

So the uppermost easily achievable max load is 20 thousand metric tons.

This pretty fully expresses my thoughts on this matter. It also gives Rhaella a defensive system, and a positive reinforcement towards growing in power within the world she's found herself in. To be blunt, the ability for Dany is the least interesting and most directive of the bunch. I have no interest in pushing her down the route of being Better Sworder than Ser Richard, which is what this would do. She's already getting salt about overshadowing us. I have no doubt that it will get so much worse if she starts doing the same to our swornsword.

Also using Spell Combat doesn't work very well for us since it only allows attacks withithe one-handed weapon, not our natural attacks.

So it would be rarely used, since our actual full attack is often better than a spell against those foes we alrwady decided to take on in melee.

I don't see it that way.

She'll never sword better than Richard, that's what he's build for.

But swording will become a viable alternative to casting, instead of a wasted action, for her.

That is appropriate for a Cleric, she's been working a lot like a Wizard anyway, now she can differenciate herself from that.

That sounds like better action efficiency to me. And action efficiency is king.
