Well, as @Miffychan can attest, i am nothing if not predictable.
[x] [Waifu] Wilhelmina Hochschild: Maybe you swing the other way. She's got children, but no mention of any husband.

Instead of integrating the ratcatchers we should actually accomplish what we were ordered to (or do so in addition to integrating the rat catchers).

For now, expand the Watch along the Old Dwarf Road - if the troubles in the Haunted Hills is indicative of a general uptick in undead activity, those hills east of Potting are going to become a problem, and I want forces able to maintain order in at least Worden and Potting, and ideally along all population centers along the Road.

[X] Plan EIC and the Watch.
-[X] Trade Delegation: Convince Wilhelmina and Markus to partner your network with the EIC based on the value of market information. (NEW)
-[X] Improve the training of the Watch, hiring trainers and dedicating paid time each week to sharpening skills.
-[X] Expand the Watch into the County of Worden, prioritizing Worden and Potting.
-[X] Complete taking control of the renamed Stirland Watch. (finishes action begun last turn)
-[X] Financial Jargon: Everything with the EIC flew right over your head last time. Try again. Succeeding here will mean that you can take a more active hand in the company, adding it to the organizational actions; failing or not attempting means Mathilde will remain a silent partner. (NEW)
--[X] Ranald's Blessing
-[X] Extras
--[X] Pretty Good Swords: You've struck up a friendship with the Champion of the Greatswords and have discovered a talent for wielding them. Continue to cultivate this.
--[X] Can I Come Too?: Everyone seems to be riding off to Leicheberg lately. Tag along and see what's going on with these Haunted Hills. (NEW)

[X] Van Hal

We need to do what our employer tells us to do, so Worden and Potting.
Getting our informants in the EIC will gather information from all over stirland and beyond, and will make a profit doing it.
Getter training is always good.
Finishing the action, it needs to be done.
If we are going to gether information with the EIC, we need some say in it.

the last two just looked interesting. get some pratice and field trip with husbando. what's not to like?

Why is there always a waifu and husbando? Cant we just stay friends?

[X] [WAIFU]None, period: Mathilde is not for romance.

-[X] Expand the ranks of the Watch, so that they're able to start covering even the poorer parts of their covered area.

-[X] Pretty Good Swords: You've struck up a friendship with the Champion of the Greatswords and have discovered a talent for wielding them. Continue to cultivate this.
-[X] Diggy Diggy Hole, Remixed: You're getting sick of having workmen tramping in and out of your abode. Recruit an entire team and personally oversee them to clear out all of the reachable portions of the Palace-Shrine and be done with it. (-personal gold)
-[X] [Additional] Undead Research: This is Stirland. Time to bone up on your knowledge of the Undead.
-[X] Qhaysh Juice: Whatever it is, it's dripping out of the box at a steady rate. It's got to be good for something. (NEW)

All, note that i added popcorn god's blessing into our network consolidation action.

@BoneyM
I think with only 3 years of 35 left we can pay off our total debt right now from our personal wealth?

I'm in favor of stopping embezzelement for now and asking for a biigger budget, we are too tight for serious exansions now.

We shouldn't miss the action in the hills.
We need more money for our network if we don't want to sell the info to people other than our boss.
No opinion on Waifu.

Edit: Oh, and protecting Worden and Potting is our current assignment, so let's not ignore that.

As more organizations are founded or absorbed, this will become more of a 'traditional' CK2 quest, with choices in a range of specialized areas each turn and personal actions separate. This can be 'walked back' if desired by allowing leaders to act independently and not bringing more organizations on board. I know that no choice will please everyone; some people will be excited for Mathilde to go from a single confused journeywoman muddling her way through things to ruling over a personal fiefdom of powerful organizations, but other people will be sad to see the quest lose the 'down-to-earth' tone of early turns. If you've a preference, express it through voting and explaining your point of view in the thread.
The greatest, most unique thing about this quest has always been the amazing way it has portrayed being an adviser. How Mathilde has to do things like riding around Stirland to get things done. Muddying that with CKII organizational votes would be a huge let down in that regard.

I don't enjoy this because it is a CKII quest. I enjoy it because it subverts the expectations of CKII quests. It is hugely interpersonal rather than impersonal. So I don't want organizations to expand if it means turning this quest into a generic CKII quest with the caveat that we're an adviser.

Edit Final: Final Ultra Delux Plan aka, no more changes or i cry.

My watch plan is focus on the poorer and dirtier parts of cities, where the corruption and rot finds easy victims. This will ensure those not yet evil remains that way and makes evil less able to recruit or harm. Rest of the actions are studying undead and spending money to get home shrine cleaned up. Free social will be spent on Juila, our officer in the information network "Grey Coats". This plan now includes following Van's order of expanding the watch toward Worden and Potting. Also derp will bug Van for more budget to fuel the information network cause we broke.

--[X] Budget increase dearly needed as the information network need huge expansion to refill the void left by the demise of the League, as well as watching the Watch to prevent corruption and hostile plants. Push for increase of 100 Gold at minimal, due to need to finding and keeping reliable officers.

@Night_stalker @Tao @dunk1010 @Tylonius @LoganBert34 @Warlord D Thoran

As you appear to have voted for my plan, i'm notifying you that i have edited the plan to switch out magic juice study for watch expansion toward Worden and Potting as per Van's order.

How is everyone so obsessed with the waifu vote when the biggest thing to come out of this update was the fact we lost an action?! I was using that action!

I noticed but it MAY be that the QM forgot to make the continue to take over the watch action automatic. which would have taken that action.

She's known only as an employee so far, so no.
Wait, really? We can pursue a romantic relationship with our boss after having worked with him extensively and sharing interests in subterfuge, but we can't pursue a relationship with our subordinate after having worked with her extensively and sharing interests in subterfuge? Julia has more of a basis for having Mathilde pursue her romantically (assuming an orientation interested in such things) than most of the list simply on the basis of time spent in her company.

Not that I think we should; I just think the logic for this GM ruling is questionable at best.

If you're okay with revealing to the College that you have an additional source of wealth, one you haven't been paying your tithe on, sure.
We have been slowly hoarding our income from our job until we have enough reserves to pay the remaining debt?
I don't think there's any extra-wealth mentioned?

But if it's a risk we can just keep paying over time, no big deal either.

Watch plus Information network means -1 action, yeah. And there's no amount of delegation that will reduce that - all you can do to cram more hours in the day is to give up personal control over them completely.

after having worked with her extensively

She's worked for you but not with you. You haven't worked together on a project or spent personal time together, and she's based in the Townhouse while you're based in the Buried Palace. So far she's just been managing your information network and distilling their reports.

If you want to waifu her, then start voting on options that would have you spend time with her professionally and socially.

You get 100 gold per year in pay. You pay 10 of it in tithe, so they know that you earn 100. You've been paying 70 gold per year against your student loan. 20 gold remains per year, so you can have at most 80 gold total at this point.

The reason you have more than 80 gold is embezzlement.

And in case anyone's going to ask: no, I didn't even give you the option to pay tithe on your embezzlement because that would be very very stupid.

Stirland Watch - pick ONE:
[ ] Expand the ranks of the Watch, so that they're able to start covering even the poorer parts of their covered area.
[ ] Improve the training of the Watch, hiring trainers and dedicating paid time each week to sharpening skills.
[ ] Integrate the Roadwarden network of covered areas into the Watch.
[ ] Expand the administration of the Watch so that they can expand into other counties without your personal oversight.
[ ] Seek out a new leader for the Watch.

This costs an action, right? The organisation of this vote is quite confusing.

We've got a section that must be chosen from (or should "Pick ONE" be interpreted as just an upper limit?) with no action cost, a subordinate section to that one that either costs an action or can be chosen instead of the action above it, a section for the Stirland Watch that hits the Pick One problem again as well as personal actions about the Stirland Watch, and then all of our normal actions.
