We were warned against selling cursed or fiendish items. And even then, we were told it was allowed if we took them to a curse-breaker first. It'd be counter-intuitive if we're not even allowed to bring cursed items to be examined by people whose jobs it is to handle items like that.Honestly @Duesal, I'm hesitant to bring it to them. It's Valyrian Steel, forged of blood magic, possibly counting against legal code restricting objects involving fiendish origins.
Because it might have been tempered in the blood of fiends.
And even if not, still blood magic, still spooky as hell.
And more than that, we're in the clear since we had nothing to do with the making of the Dark Sun Dagger or the Cornugon's Spiked Chain. With the Spiked Chain we can give the weapon to Valaena after putting half the thread's concerns to rest. With the Dark Sun Dagger we might finally get some hint on how to go about reforging it. This isn't simple Valyrian Steel, it's a dormant artifact. Any hints we can get for that future reforging ritual are more than worth bringing it up.
