Inheriting her secretive grandfather's research on the Art of Alchemy, Taylor Hebert must progress upon the Magnum Opus and achieve the Philosopher's Stone, all the while exploring what it means to be an alchemist and what it means to be a hero.
Caught in the path of a major cape fight, a twelve-year-old Taylor Hebert finds her only chance at survival is a mysterious voice offering rescue for a favor. Unfortunately for her, said 'favor' is more than just a simple errand...
Kathy's Brockton Bay Adventures is the story of an SI with the Tinker of Fiction powerset. The powerset makes you switch between different fictional universes between 1-3 weeks and allows you to build tech that can emulate things from that specific universe.
@Monk Penguin is the creator of this concept in his Quest Tinker of Fiction and I am writing and SI that has the same powerset, I already have posted this as omake in his quest but it evolved into its own thing so now it gets a thread...
"You don't get to decide who lives or dies!" Armsmaster growled.
I smiled sadly. "I'm not the one who decides."

Trigger Events aren't just the worst days of your lives. It's what defines your power. In the case of one Taylor Hebert, she wanted nothing more than to get out of that locker and find a way back home to her Dad.
Unfortunately for her, her "Passenger" has a skewed idea of how to get her home.
On the plus side, at least she had some stories to tell her Dad when she got home.
An SI Tinker of Fiction thread, because my muse refuses to let me do anything else and the world clearly needs more of them.
Follow the misadventures and 'heroic' blunderings of Adeline Mathews as she navigates parhuman puberty in Brockton Bay. [Excitement. Amusement. Affection]
It's an Alt!Power where Taylor gets the powers of random Servants from F/GO. She'll probably join the Wards.
What do you mean this isn't a good summary, what more do you want?
Desc: Taylor never triggers, instead she is freed from her locker by a strange Being who has interest in shaping her future. Taylor’s Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day gets just a little worse.
There are just so many possible mistakes one can make with a single step. Imagine taking a long stride to revert everything to try again... and actually make things worse.
