I like when Zoat replies, it's like talking to a GLaDOS that isn't trying to kill you. Much.

You know what with Oceanus and Koryak, I was thinking about elementals, Kako, Koryak's mother, is chosen to become a fire elemental after her death by Gaia/Maya.

In the Elemental War storyline, it's pretty much stated that Gaia/Maya chooses all the elementals, at least all the elementals of the classical elements anyway (despite the White Light Entity horning in on that duty in Brightest Day).

Which is odd, since Volthuun the tornado champion was from Rann, but whatever. Then again it was suggested that Horus and the Thanagarian Hawk God might be the same entity, so maybe Gaia is the Earth Mother of Rann as well.

Gaia happens to like Paul. And while Oceanus is her son, I don't think Gaia appreciates the ecological devastation Oceanus's temper tantrum is causing, cause I very much doubt that Oceanus is protecting sea life here.

And she's capable of making elementals, 151600 potential candidates die every day, and that's only if she feels like limiting herself to the appointing the dead to fill the roles, since that doesn't actually seem to be a strict requirement- I don't think Martin Stein died to become the fire elemental firestorm, and if Ivy ever died apparently nobody noticed.

I wonder how upset people will be when on the day of contract's with Wonder Woman extact minute ending Paul will politely notify her and send some troll-@mail to Batmetal.
By that I mean the silly video to Batman.

Then GTFO into space to rest from the insanity. Because DC universe? It's like psycho-girlfriend that dumped you and then cut off your arms and legs for daring to re-build your life.

It's not going to be an exact minute thing. He mentioned at the start not wanting to be tripped up by something as silly as a time zone difference, remember?

It's like the crazy-hot graph. Yes the place is dangerous, but there are so many oppotunities to do things that you can't do anywhere else.

Then again, DC Earth has lots of opportunities and untapped resources too.

For example, Earth has the 12 year old girl who murdered Darkseid.

Short explanation- Darkseid apparently became suicidal in the 30th century, but rather than just eating a bullet, he enacts a 12 year plan to have a pre-adolescent murder him, because I don't know, other forms of suicide have too much dignity.

Then she accidentally used her powers that come from the Life Equation Matrix to send herself and Timberwolf to the present, where they team up with Lobo's half-durlan son, who works for the US government.

@Mr Zoat may I write a small recursive piece of fanfiction from your fic? I am a fan of Highschool DxD and as I read your fic somehow an idea came to me: I can't see Issei Hyuudo as anything but a member of the orange corps. Why? The Kid has a goal: Become Harem king. Later on it becomes to get a family, but, a number of his boosts are a mix of avarice/will power with a heavy dosage of avarice. His desire to touch the breasts of his love interest somehow give him a new power up. His desire to avenge Asia's alleged death (long story short, idiot villain pretended to kill her, that set off the sleeping nuke inside Issei) granted him a new power.

Plus the hilarious hijinks Issei would get onto and then Azazel drooling at the tech (Azazel in DxD loves inventing things)

Sounds more like a general DC crossover to me. Zoat didn't invent the Orange.

Yeah, but he did expand it and added things to it that I like, also making a general DxD crossover with DC is going to be... problematic, mostly due to the Great Red being this huge ass stone wall that prevents anything and everything from entering the dimension, well, anything powerful enough and the Dimensional Gap which sorta kills most people.

Mostly G.Red who is the Dragon of Dreams. He is a lynchpin to the point where the Big Bad had to get something Alah/Jaweh/Jeohva sealed to stop the world from ending and that something was then used to try and kill G.Red.

That Aside the powers of DxD wildly vary to the point where the BS O meter breaks. So a general cross is ill advised. Instead by it being an earth on a different side of the universe or some handwavium it'd be easier on me to write.

First one through, then the second and more clamps appears to keep the convoy up.
Clamps appear

Actually at the depth Atlantis is at barring something like a multi mile wide superspeed tornado the effects of this weather on the Altanteans themselves would be non-existant.
It was already mentioned that in addition to the storm on the surface, there are currents raging hard enough to scour the sea bed.

Could you link me that? I'd very much like to never read anything by whoever wrote that.
He's under stress, and it really seems that Guy and Alan (who hopefully isn't using his ring at the moment, but I could see him doing so) are the only Earth GLs who actually like Paul.
I doubt Alan will join in. He's likely low on charge, can't do anything super complicated with the ring, can't connect to the League comms, can't transition, and can't be healed easily if he gets hurt.

If the League plans to go out of their way to include someone in the fight, it will be Kon or M'gann. Kon is quite possibly the most durable League affiliate after Wonder Woman if he has his armor on, and M'gann is a stronger telepath than J'onn. Maybe Cornwall Boy as well, since he has the power of sucking.
