Given that he was lamenting Hitlers "Christian weakness" I doubt he cares much about what Heaven or Hell consider good and only views them as resources to support his cause.

And someone mentioned how his League superiors would be more accepting of Paul's kills than Renegade. Well it's not only what you say, it's how you say it.
