Well, if Lingqi dies, I am dropping the Quest.

No, this is not a condemnation of @Gaz by any means. He isn't to blame for how the dice roll, or for how he has to write it out. And what he wrote out was, objectively, really, really good.

But it would just be too much of a punch in the gut for for me for this amazing Quest to come back after all this time and then for this to happen. Especially with how happy I was for what was apparently our Victory for this Arc. I simply won't be able to take it and continue. But that's on me, not on anyone else, I want to make that clear.

There's always time to jump on the Good Ship SS ShuxMaiyu! Sure it has a few leaks and a couple of holes but it's still seaworthy :V
 
Though if I had to guess where we are going after the bandits? Probably to help Ding our future boss up north? The Yellow Turbans are causing trouble in the province. While like to help Dong he seems more fine. Though could try returning the favor if we help Dong?

oh another thing she was hiding becauase why would she want to help fix the mess her family helped make when she can blame others for it when it eventally backfires.

Well guess we have to wait till she eventally comes up with some new scheme

I'll keep a watch in case the cliffhanger isn't a bait and switch, but between that and the shipping jokes, can't say I'm motivated to stick around. I highly doubt that the reveal on Ge is going to be something I enjoy.
 
Damn you Ge Maiyu! With this, death is too good for her, she must live to see the Ge Name to be spat on for such rank betrayal! May their name be stricken and be remembered for fucking around and finding out!

Root and Stem, everyone who has benefited from the Ge shall face BIRB VENGEANCE!
 
On the topic of ship talk, I wanna know if people remember the non-Liang Shu related ships the thread was pushing for heavily in the past.

Liang Mi and Zhang Liao seemed to be gaining steam in quest as well as in thread.

Liang Zhen and Zhu Fang was essentially locked in at this point.

Ce Xiang, our warrior cousin, and Yu Zhong were pushed by the thread a bit, and it seems they may have had a dalliance at one party.

On the one hand, this better not be prophetic.

On the other, given the way Shu is turning out concerning vengeance and petty cruelty it very well might be.

As for Lu...I don't think a thrown dagger by a slip of a girl should be getting very far through armor.
