I love it when people know what your doing but are unwilling to call you on it. It's almost as funny as when they realize what you've done after the fact.

I'd say that's concrete enough. Let the other bindings be made separate from the original Treaty, so as to avoid any potential holes in the founding document.
 
Alright, not right this second, both because of the coming reward declaration AND the three week break and the fact that she's healing... but I definitely want to take Spirit Seekers and at least one of the Songseekers now, before we wind up going off to the war. Broaden our horizons so that when we see new things we can see them in new ways.
 
I don't remember if this was raised previously, but in the previous update the final favourability for the White Sky was miscalculated - it's says 8 and it should be 9.

im guessing for the gaze unimpeded will just be a general boost to perception arts/abilities
 
What I find particularly amusing at the end result favor levels is that the Federal powers are basically left with "either you sanction this as allowed or else the people actually on the ground will just do it unofficially behind your back"

Nah, the idea of Isolation, of cutting yourself off from the world and enforcing everyone to leave you alone under the threat of terrible violence, is alive and well. It's just been weakened enough that, in time, the Empire will become aware that they had believed it.

Ling Qi is just like... oh yeah that's super hot, good job.
... not SOVEREIGN hot, but still really good!

Probably about the most infuriating thing she could say to a Gu.
 
Shout out to everyone who pushed for that one last vote to allow the Weeping Sentinel to bring their whole court. We were holding our favour so long but that was indeed the right moment to spend it and all but secure the foreign quarter. Kudos to y'all! Somehow at the end of it we still ended with 4 WP and PT favour apiece, plus 2 for MoI :)

Can't wait to see how those rewards turn out next chapter!
 
So, this is the sort of thing that people would make/commission a drawing/painting/photo of to memorialize it. My question is then, would LQ in the background among (the relevant but not-leader people crowd) be depicted as her normal self or as the cruspyling that she is right now?

Unless they want to emphasize the lengths LQ and everyone else went to so the summit could succeed, she'll probably be her normal self. Hired artists tend to ignore the gritty details of historical fact in order to make their subject or patrons look good.

I love how the single greatest sign of integration and acceptance is how the Ducal houses are now considering the WS factions as political contenders rather than random barbarians.

Also not sure if it's been brought up, but what are the thoughts on Qi's Way eventually reaching a state similar to Shenhua where she has to act according to her Way cause that is literally upon what shes built? Cause if the focus is the End of Eras Winter that could result in a situation where she is constantly on the hunt for stagnant things to End so new growth can be renewed, and that seems like something we will need to direct very carefully.

This trait is pretty useful, the Fire resistance is appropriate given what Ling Qi just went through.

It's going to be one hell of a cultural shock when the people who participated in the summit return home and tell their disbelieving kin that these southerners are not pathetic barbarians, but a peer polity. I wager many will refuse to believe it, at least at first.

It's likely not the same species of deer as the Horned Lord, who's probably some kind of elk or reindeer, but moose (honestly meese is a more fun plural :p) are technically deer too.

Shenhua is extreme partly because she speedran and never touched grass. Her Insights and Words skipped the refining phase where the cultivator must interact with society and then come to accomodation, her Way is as a result jagged and brutal, with few compromises for people.

Shouldn't get to that point if we keep actively interacting with a wide variety of people
