Evidently, the Golden Fields aren't interested in coming to the Summit or they'd have invited themselves like everyone else has.

No Guo involvement it is, then. Now we have another reason why the summit must succeed: We'll get to see what scorpion salt looks like.

Okay first things first guo not sending a representative isn't exactly a indication of how they judge our work in summit. Out of the ducals here bai and xuan are here due to personal relationships made in sect,we didn't have a guo scion on the sect. Liling's presence is the only official ducal representation. Jin tae is here but he is technically and officially representing the MOI.zheng is here as a part of wider outreach effort by the clan not necessarily for the summit.I don't think the opinion that thread seems to have of guo rejecting us or not valuing us is true. They just didn't have the necessary narrative presence.
Now for the vote i think there are advantages for completing the set beyond just completing the set. The guo participation would bring up the complexity of the summit but it would also raise the legitimacy of it. Which is important for CRX reputation and her future Success. Besides apart from us GF is the only duchy that might be interested in maintaining diplomatic relations with white sky.SUN wouldn't try and other ducal families are too far. Truth be told only ducal representation we actually need in this summit is Sun and Guo because they are the one who share the border.
Even though white sky didn't bring representation from every group in their nation they brought people from every group near the border. Evn if we bring all other ducals without GUO we are losing a border polity.

I'd just like to be a little contrarian, I suppose. And I've always voted for more Golden Fields.
