[X] Don't let the nightmare bait you into conversation. Shush both Sixiang and Kongyou, and refuse to engage. Xuan Shi needs to focus on his conversation

Everyone present knows Kongyou is up to no good. It's a nightmare spirit after all. Xuan Shi knew what he was getting into when he bonded with it and we need to have faith in our brilliant friend's ability to ably manage the risks he's knowingly taken upon himself. We can have a conversation with him about it later as I agree with those who've said that this is neither the time nor place for that conversation. I also agree with those who've pointed out that our relationship is with Xuan Shi, not Kongyou, and that it would be unwise to do anything that would enable the nightmare spirit to play the victim.

Pretty close vote so far! Yrs was right when they said the rest of the votes this arc would be contentious!

After Ling Qi spent a year talking to a Cyan Yuki-Onna, she has absolutely no right to comment on other people's relashionships with dangerous spirits.

Here we all were worried about Xuan Shi, only to find out that he knows about his spirit's nature all along XD

Granted, he might just be naive in thinking that he could handle Kongyou, screened by how they're depicted in his Xianxia One Piece, but that can be settled after the sword talk. There is no way Ling Qi's leaving the subject behind.

She heard a pained hiss and turned back toward Xuan Shi to see a crouching figure rising from the grass beside him. It was tall and gangly, long and thin limbs sticking out in its crouched pose. Around its shoulders were what she took at first for a cloak but swiftly realized were pale wings spotted with eyelike marks, a ruff of white fur concealed the figure's neck. Their face resembled Sixiang's, with glittering black eyes but with shifting hair of white and black.
We got ourselves a moth twink :V

[x] Interrogate the spirit. Quietly so as not to interrupt Xuan Shi's conversation. Kongyou is obviously up to no good, you need to figure out what they're up to.

We're really doing well on the contentious vote bit, aren't we?

I'm just gonna chalk it up to wise men think alike and call it a day.

We've had plenty knife fight votes. It nice not to worry about a bit outcome for a little.
